We had Hardrath Improvements build a garage and lay cement. Great staff and good work. We changed our original design for the garage and added extra cement. Each time Leroy Hardrath cheerfully accommodated us. Love the new garage and patio!

I hired Leroy Hardrath of Hardrath Improvements as a Remodeling Professional to remodel the exterior of my home and garage by replacing the siding and roof of each. Leroy was extremely professional and knowledgeable in all of his business dealings with me. Leroy was very organized in his approach to my home improvement needs. Leroy showed his leadership and organizational skills when he coordinated not only his workers but also hired other professionals when needed (electrician, etc) to complete this project. I have been more than happy with the quality of work that Leroy Hardrath and Hardrath Improvements showed when remodeling my home. Leroy's professionalism was evidenced by his ability to communicate to me almost daily and keep me informed of the progress that was being made. I would highly recommend Leroy Hardrath for your home improvement needs. All of the projected deadlines were met and Leroy was able to stay within the proposed budget. Leroy was very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.

We hired Hardrath Improvements for our interior remodel and also for our siding, windows, doors , upper and lower decks. Full disclosure: Leroy and Howard Hardrath are my brothers in law, but that truly does not color my review. They are professional, hard working, honest, and masters of their craft, even when working with family. Our house was built in 1907, an old farmhouse, that we wanted modernized inside, but the exterior in keeping with the era it was built. They were there every step of the way with advice and ideas to accomplish this feat even though it was challenging. We are very happy with our home and people actually stop in the street, when I'm outside to compliment the transformation.

In the past 3 1/2 years, Hardrath Improvements have shingled my garage, remade my front porch and sidewalk, and made a mantle for my fireplace. His work EVERY time has been outstanding!!!! If you are looking for someone who shows up ON TIME, EVERY time, at a fair price, then Hardrath Improvements is the company you are looking for!!!! Leroy ALWAYS returns my calls and shows up when he says he is going to. He conducts himself in a most professional manner. His employees are the best!!! I can't say enough good things about them!!!
