Residential Resurrections

The work was to repair existing EPDM roof surface on our 2nd floor balcony. Also to remove and replace wooden railing with aluminum railing on the balcony. The aluminum railing needed to be mounted to the roof deck through roof penetration fasteners and mastic. The work was done punctually and professionally. His work estimate ("bid") was transparent: it outlined material cost, labor and overhead, without a "hard sell" or price reduction games. We trusted Mr. Bagnol with the key to our home, since the work was done while we were away. He called for my input on one issue.

We have used Residential Resurrections for several projects and have always been pleased with the results. In the last year or so he has replaced both our front and back porches and they look great.

Residential Resurrections has done a number of jobs at our home always in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Work has been done to our mud room, kitchen, basement. The mud room was updated with new cabinets and storage. Electrical work was done in kitchen and basement in addition to other odd jobs throughout the house. We always call Residential Resurrections when we need work done because we know the owner is dependable and knowledgeable.

Residential Resurrections was recommended by our realtor when we bought our condo. We had a lot of different work done from redirecting our garage stairs, power washing and staining our deck, to the huge job of removing old epoxy and applying new epoxy. We were not disappointed! Residential Resurrections did an excellent job on my new kitchen. They helped me through the initial design process and accompanied me to chose my cabinets and lay-out. As they worked on the remodeling, they kept me up with what needed to be done next, i.e. chose tile, chose fixtures, etc. They did a wonderful job on all the installation.s They gave me some great ideas and were always up to any challenge I threw at them. The backsplash tile installation was just plain fantastic as was the ceramic floor tile work. Everyone who sees my kitchen is amazaed at the great job they did. I needed help finishing off a half bath and word of mouth led me to Bob. His work is as amazing as his personality. He was always on time, if not early, and always ready to work. We would discuss the previous days work and the plan for the day. I liked that because it kept me informed on the progress or any issues that arose. The job was finished in a more than timely matter even though my house is old, therefore revealing troubles here and there. Now I utilize Bob as my maintenance guy for my business. Bob Bagnall, owner of Residential Resurrections, left my wife and I totally pleased with 2 major renovations he did for us -- our kitchen/eating area and a full bath. Both required getting down to the studs and base floor. Bob helped us figure out how best to meet our functional requirements. Robert Bagnall, owner of Residential Resurrections, has completed two major renovations for me in the past two years. The first included complete remodel of two bathrooms with extensive tile and granite work as well as electrical and plumbing upgrades. Expanding to the perimeter wall allowed for installation of a seat in the shower and a "to die for" network of jets, rain head, and hand-held shower tools. The latest, work done between May and August, 2012 included installation of hardwood floors across the entire second floor and added crown molding, and painting in two bedrooms and an office. Extensive electrical upgrades in the office entailed drywall revisions to provide for added wiring and appropriate placement of outlets. Bob is heavily invested in his company, which means he has the right tools for every job. He consults regularly with the client and often has suggestions that enhances the original design idea. He works well with employees, is a perfectionist, and carefully monitors the work assigned to others. Bob's engineering background, and wealth of experience assures total satisfaction with his work. The proof is seen in the fact that Bob is always busy, and clients, like me, who always have another project for Bob may have to take a place in the queue for when Bob is again available. Residential Resurrections or "Bob the Builder" as he is listed in my IPhone is one of those contractors/builders you would be happy to meet or stumble upon in the Oakland and Macomb Counties.
