I could not be more disappointed with the customer service at Horizon Tile. We placed an order with Heather in early May (everything in this order was in stock)... it is now the end of July and we can't even get answers on when our order will be ready for pick-up. We have sent multiple emails and called many times over the past 2 weeks with no help or answers. Heather has not answered a single phone call (I've left multiple voicemails) and the owner, Olivia, does nothing to correct the awful service OR help us locate the order. If you enjoy being run around in circles and getting no answers on your projects, make sure to use Horizon Tile!

Our firm continues to use Horizon Italian Tile products in some way on almost every project we design. Their clean, contemporary tiles and stones fit in perfectly with our minimalist aesthetic. They are a go-to for unique patterns, including dimensional tiles, as well as a great resource for various sizing, including jumbo and oversized tile. They are an asset to any designer or firm!

Amber Jones - Reddick has been nothing but professional and knowledgeable when working with her and her team. Horizon Italian Tile is the go-to tile showroom for unique products from around the world. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants commitment to quality, excellence in design and simply easy and fun to work with.

My company has used Horizon Tile, specifically with Amber Jones, on numerous projects from residential, to commercial, to animal shelters. Horizon has an excellent selection of tiles and stones and adds great design elements to our projects. Their honesty about the products and ability to guide us to an appropriate product in invaluable. I would highly recommend Amber and Horizon Tile and look forward to working with them over and over again.
