Two roll up doors installed in one day! Also, they were 6.5' high doors, Im happy with them both. Technicians were knowledgeable and polite.

My garage door wasn’t opening properly. I called told them I had a problem they sent a gentleman out to fix it but there was a different problem then what I had told him . So he checked it out said they didn’t have spare part for my door but would order it and be back . He came back within the week and fixed my garage door . It now is like brand new. There is no noise just quietness and I am able to use it again makes a big difference when unloading groceries. They did a great job !!!

This company is great! The staff is friendly and very professional. Setting up an service appt is easy and they respond in a very timely manner. The products they offer are excellent quality and very dependable.

The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He complained the job in no time at all, he tested and lubed the door when he was finished to make sure everything worked properly. I would give the tech a strong thumbs up.

Service was great!! They were prompt & reasonable. They went above & beyond. They even fixed an issue I knew I had but didn’t mention it for the service call. I would definitely use them again for any further needs

We had to wait for the doors to come in, however being in construction, I know how difficult is is to get building materials and products. Independent stayed in contact about the door delivery and was very apologetic for the delay. They received the doors on Friday and installed on Monday. The crew was very polite, professional and cleaned the area spotless when completed. I would highly recommend Independent to my family and friends and businesses that need overhead doors and dock equipment. Rich

Very impressed with how men fixed my garage door. They fixed in it no time. Having your company back to install another garage door opener for a bigger garage door (separate building) . Thank you very much
