This is the second kitchen we’ve done in the last five years. This time we picked Italcraft Isaac. The best decision we ever made. Isaac was great he walked us through the entire process from design to installation . Five star experience. Isaac was very responsive he answered all our phone calls , met us at the job site on Saturdays. If you want a smooth transition to a new Kitchen call Italcraft and ask for Isaac.

Italkfraft is a truly unique company. Their product is high end both in looks and quality. They delivered on time, as promised, and were responsive and patient throughout the selection process. But by far what stands out the most, particularly in a transient "town" such as Miami, is the incredible service, follow up and warranty they provide. They truly do go above and beyond for the customer. I was very pleased with my experience with Italkraft and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a high end but fairly priced kitchen.

Can't recommend this company enough. Our new kitchen is so beautiful, and every member of the team (from the sales personnel at the showroom to the installers that came to hang the cabinets) were incredibly professional and really cared that we were happy with the final product.

We, as interior designers, need to be very careful with the vendors we choose to recommend to clients. We have been referring Italkraft for a lot of our kitchen projects and couldn't be happier. All the kitchens we've done look stunning! Paula's (our sales rep) customer service is a delight! Installation days are as clean and organized as a kitchen installation can be! We easily recommend Italkraft.

The kitchen itself is great but the panels have many flaws, damages and oversights on the installation side. Panos tried to rectify the situation but made it much worse. After that no accountability and only pointing fingers. If you are ready to pay the fortune that this kitchen costs better find a different company that will stand behind its reputation.
