Just Roof Lanterns

After embarking on an extension project we discovered there are two types of companies, those that take your money and want nothing else to do with you and those that have that extra something that go out of their way to help when things don’t go to plan. Firstly I must clarify that the issue we had was nothing to do with the product or JRL, but my builder who installed it. Right from the time I contacted Annabel for some advice we couldn’t have found ourselves in safer hands. Annabel sorted everything and all the issues were resolved without any fuss and in a friendly professional manner. We don’t usually recommend companies but on this occasion we make an exception, totally reliable, easy to contact and offer help and advice without judgement. We would use them again with no second thought. Oh and the product is good as well. Therefore, Annabel we can’t express enough our gratitude for all your help, time & advice. It’s been a pleasure to deal with you from beginning to end.

We ordered the Denby Roof Lantern and it was shipped to us in Canada. All pieces were carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition! Annabel was super to deal with. We installed it several years ago and every time I look at it I still marvel at how lovely it is. Everyone else comments on how lovey it is, too.

I cannot praise Annabel and her team enough. We have taken on a massive renovation in a little village in West Berkshire....the house had amazing potential but was dark and cramped. We have added a kitchen extension with a roof lantern and the place is transformed to a super light and airy friendly space. Annabel was patient, explained everything, every step of the way and the end result is just stunning! I just want to thank Annabel and the hugely professional team at JRL for working with us recently. My project is DIY led and a year or so ago I realised an error in the roof aperture meant it was out of square. I called JRL at that time simply to ask for advice and Annabel explained how a tapered solution might be possible. I remembered the help and returned to JRL more recently to order a lantern which the design team made work for the uneven dimensions. Your roof lantern is fabulous and completely makes our extension work. It brings in light on even the dullest winter days and on a sunny day bathes the room in sunlight. The quality of the manufacture is first class and the installation was efficient and trouble free. Your guys were amazing. Communication with Annabel was fantastic the product arrived earlier than expected, there was a problem with one of the pains but it has been sorted very quickly within 48hrs. I am defiantly using just roof lanterns again and would recommend them.

Annabel, Kevin & the fitting team did a fantastic job on a tricky roof in Chelsea. The JRL office is organised and gave updates throughout the process. Kevin came to measure up and got all the measurements correct, which allowed his fitting team to successfully install the lantern on time.
