We are a residential design company that specializes in new homes but also enjoy challenging remodeling projects that allow us to flex our creative muscles. We bring over 30 years of construction experience to the design process, so we're confident that your home will be practical and functional, and your builder will have all the information needed for a successful project. We offer design and drawing services to builders or directly to the homeowner. We respect our builder clients with a non-compete policy and can provide nice packages for either custom or spec homes. Our goal is to help our builders look good in front of their customers and sell more homes. For our homeowner clients, we offer complete design, drawing and specification packages that ensure accurate bidding and trouble-free construction. We want your builder and your project to be successful.

Kg3d Home Designs built our dream home, twice! Keith built our first home as a young couple starting out, and it was beautiful to say the least. But as our family grew, we set our eyes on another "dream home" project that included a large yard and swimming pool. Keith and Kg3d Home Designs (Angela) built the home from the ground up, literally, as they turned a piece of land full of trees into a beautiful home. Keith's artistic talents came through as he himself drew out the floor plans and elevation. Having known us from 7 years prior, Keith and Angela anticipated our every need and want. Angela was exceptional and made the construction process as smooth as we could have asked for. I would not hesitate to recommend Kg3d Home Designs. Nowadays, a lot of home builders like for you to believe you're getting a "custom built" home because you get to pick out the tiles and countertops, but Kg3d Home Design is a truly Custom Homes Builder, and a Master Builder at it!
