Benchmark Painting and Carpentry went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase! The paint and colors looked better than expected and it took less time than originally projected. The painters were very friendly and made sure nothing was left behind. They even labeled our leftover paint cans for which rooms/trim they belonged too. Grade A service!

I needed a solution for my front entry. My home is 18 years old and the tiles were falling apart. Instead of simply retiling, Benchmark suggested that I use paver stones. As you can see from the photos the difference is amazing. Alex was in charge of the job and did everything he said he was going to do. The job took only a couple days and the brick laying was meticulous and detailed. What's nice to know is that Benchmark can handle most other construction needs as well.

Benchmark recently did a project for me that involved carpentry (installation of shiplap boards), grasscloth wallpaper, and painting. It is my pleasure to recommend them wholeheartedly. Juan and Mike arrived on time every morning, and they worked meticulously, professionally, and cleanly. For me, this wasn't just a project but the actualization of something I had been dreaming about for a long time. Their execution of my plans exceeded even my most optimistic expectations. My old doors were painstakingly sanded so that they looked beautiful with their new coats of black paint. The shiplap was precisely measured and mitered; however, when it was in place it highlighted a 1" gap in my old baseboards that had always been there. They managed to match it and patch it. On the last day, I was astounded when they even thought to have fresh new covers for the switches and outlets.

I recently had Benchmark paint my entire 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in West Palm Beach. Since I live in NYC, I had no way to monitor the progress on the project. I simply gave them the colors, my directions, and then crossed my fingers. Last week, I finally got to see the end result of Benchmark's work. The crew did a fantastic job! You would have thought I was on-site every step of the way that is how meticulous their work on the condo was. It looks brand new. I highly recommend Benchmark to those wanting a dependable and skillful crew to make their place look beautiful!

Benchmark did two projects for us in quick succession. We were pleased with the results in both cases. The first was a major update of a home we had just purchased (scraping popcorn off the ceiling, taking down a wall, putting in a new kitchen and painting the whole house). The second project was putting in a new master bath. (this cost reflected the second project only). Both projects came out great and I appreciated the professionalism and ease of working with Benchmark.

Benchmark did a complete repainting of my kitchen cabinets. Their work was beyond neat and precise. Their workman were diligent and masterful in completing this project. Words could not express how thrilled we are with the results. Would recommend Benchmark to anyone. They're the BEST!!!!

NORMAN LEPOFF

Very bad. I was going to hire them to paint my entire house as well as do extensive carpentry. The sales process went so poorly, and they are so unreliable, and undependable, that I decided not to hire them at all, and I'm very glad that I am not going to hire them. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I didn't hire them, and I advise the same. They refused to make any commitment to clean up, refuse to allow me to even meet any of the people that are going to do the actual work, and they refused to write a reliable and dependable contract. The only thing they did was demand money, without offering a reliable contract to back up their monetary demands. I would never recommend them to anyone, and I would recommend avoiding this company based on my awful experience.

I appreciate the way you wrote it up, as it was all easy to understand, and explained in great deal. That was great." and "Thank you for the excellent customer service!". As explained to you upon further understanding of your project, we were made aware there was mold involved and we are not licensed to deal with mold. Only a state licensed and trained company should be doing this work for you & your family's safety. I am sorry that we were not able to help you and wish you luck in your search to find the right company for your needs. Sincerly, Martin - Owner.
