McHale Landscape Design, Inc. is a residential landscape architecture design/build firm dedicated to the development of extraordinary residential gardens and properties. Since 1981, the firm has designed, constructed and planted over 100 award-winning residential projects. Combining landscape architecture, horticulture knowledge and field experience, our diverse staff helps to create beautiful gardens and living spaces with a team management approach to the design/build process. McHale's process is interactive including the client as an important part of the team. Our design team works directly with the client to define the design objectives that will ensure a successful project. Our goal is to be the client's single source for the entire project, from design to implementation to aftercare.

Anthony is a very talented landscape designer. What distinguishes Anthony from others with whom we have worked is his ability to listen, interpret and then design and create more than what we had hoped was possible. Anthony is a true artist and approaches each project as if it were his first. Anthony is respectful and explains the different elements of the project so that our expectations are managed within the budget we have set. Anthony is patient and is always wiling and able to spend as much time with us as is needed. We have worked with Anthony through three major installations at our home Anthony planned each phase for expansion so that as our budget would allow we did not waste money on expanding the project. I heartily recommend Anthony. I have worked with many landscape designers and Anthony is simply the best!

I have word with McHale Landscaping on several occasions over the past several years and the quality of their work and service has been consistently outstanding. A key benefit of McHale is the full suit of in-house services that they provide, which range from design, installation, masonry, carpentry and maintenance. It is rare to find a landscape company that offers all of these services at such a high quality level. Anthony Cusat was the designer and landscape architect who I worked with on all of my projects, which include pool design, deck, water features, fire features, cooking areas, enclosed gardens, and fountain gardens. Anthony is, without question, one of the very best landscape designers in all of Virginia. He has a very unique design style that is complemented by a deep knowledge of plant selection. I strongly encourage you to request Anthony on your McHale project.

You won't ever be disappointed using McHale. They can transform an outdoor space into whatever you want it to be. They are on time, respectful of your property when they are there working. A top Notch organization that has the ability to make your backyard look like something out of magazine. They did it with ours!
