The sales people did a great job in convincing they were the supplier for me. After that, the project team and installation team where a bit of a nightmare. Abrupt call, non attendance and a serious bad attitude when demanding final payment although the job was not complete. Please do background check and look at all options and advice.

We replaced our laminate benchtops with granite ones as stage 1 of our kitchen refurbishment. After they came and templated the stone I had a massive surge of doubt about the colour I picked. They were very understanding and let us come and view the stone at the factory, showed us some more options and then gave us some time to confirm. They were great at educating us about the material, and they buy, manufacture and install so you have a great continuity. They made the joins so perfectly that I have had to point them out to some people, and it has made our kitchen look divine.
