Working with Matt to design and build our modern dream home was a fantastic experience. His ability to envision what we described for our home and then put it into blue prints was phenomenal. He was able to give us 3D renderings with an app on our mobile devices so that we could take a virtual tour of the house and be familiar with the feel of window placements, furniture placement and elevations. He guided us on use of space and layout, when it came to ergonomics, and style. More importantly for us, he kept an eye on our budget during the design process. We have a modern design custom home and Matt was on site during the building process to oversee the construction, this gave us peace of mind that construction was according to plans. Perfection! Even during construction if subtle to major things needed to be changed, like moving a door or adding a window, he would be quick to draw an edited plan, with 3D renderings to get a feel before we went ahead and made the final change in construction. He was great to work with on a daily and weekly basis. He was on time with designs and drawings and willing to meet us at home, or at his office and on site once construction started. We were even overseas for 3 weeks during construction and left all to Matt! In summary, I would recommend Matt to anyone, without any reservation. This project was certified for LEED for Homes. I was the LEED Green Rater. Matt Pearson acted as the project team leader, which required that he be involved with all design aspects relating to LEED certification. Matt was engaged with the owner and general contractor, and was very responsive to LEED requirements. He was very professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Matt was the architect and I was the interior designer on a recent project. It was very enjoyable collaborating with Matt on many interior finishes and details. I’m impressed by Matt’s professionalism and dedication to providing his clients with creative, sustainable designs.

Matt designed my house. He's very creative, but also very flexible so he's willing to tweak his design based on feedback from his clients. He's very friendly and easy to work with. He worked very well with the whole construction team -- the general contractor and the subs. He's very honest and never defensive. My house was featured in a local magazine, and I've already recommended him to several close friends. I can't recommend him enough and I'd be happy to be a reference for his prospective clients.

We hired Matt to help us design a farm house for our 35 acres. We wanted something that was open and rustic, yet modern. Matt did a great job of listening to our ideas and then giving us plenty of creative options that ultimately led to a wonderful set of plans that met all our wishes.
