Awe full, awe full, Terrible terrible terrible! Spent over $4000 just to be left with battered walls dirty floors and a really bad taste in my mouth! Buyer beware!

I felt that I was heard when it came to the vision I had for my floors. I appreciated the patience and expertise of the staff. Also, I was informed the entire time of delivery times and labor times. They were on time and were professional.

Josh Ledbetter at Floor Decorators Carpet One went above and beyond to help a friend that I had referred to him. What the company did, and especially what Josh did to replace carpeting in their home, was enough to have her break down in tears of joy. And it truly shows that Josh deeply cares for his customers and their best interests! I will absolutely be referring him again, in addition to using him myself. Thank you Josh and Floor Decorators!

I love Floor Decorators! As a local real estate listing agent, I come across homes all the time that can benefit from updated flooring in order to get the highest return on investment for my sellers. The team at Floor Decorators Carpet One is fast, friendly, and hard working. They show up on time and do a GREAT job. None of my sellers (or their buyers!) have ever had any complaints! New carpet can help a home sell for more money in less time. I tell my sellers, "Call JOSH LEDBETTER and tell them Kathy Olsen sent you and he knows what I want." Josh helps the clients pick carpets that are on trend and well priced. He has NEVER tried to upsell my clients just to make a fast buck. They have more than just carpets, too! Laminate, wood floor, tile...you name it, they've got it. This company is on my speed dial for when my clients need fast, reliable service.
