If I could give them zero stars I would. What a nightmare. Last year i hired them and they got off to a slow start took 4 weeks to open my pool. At the end of the year Jonathan apologized said he had to fire an employee. He said Im a small business and would like to earn your business. So I agreed to give them another chance. I needed a new heater and wanted my pool open on 5/15. Like the other guy said they told me they had the heater, then said its coming next week, then the next week, then they have it, then every one was sick for 2 weeks and no replies. Now 6 plus weeks later guess what ...Pool is still not open! I asked if they could come open it for my sons graduation party NOPE

Although the company is new, the owner, Jonathan, is a well-seasoned pool expert who just wants to see things done right and at a reasonable cost. He fixed an issue with our electrical wiring and connection, which every other pool company missed and had said would require replacing the equipment instead. He doesn't try to upsell you on things, and offers the best pool closing/opening and equipment install prices in the area. He is well-versed to help you avoid costly pool gimmicks and focus on tried and true ways to maintain a healthy, energy efficient pool. You can also buy all your pool chemicals from him, and not the poor quality stuff found at the big chains. Every pool is different and needs a personalized care and maintenance approach. Jonathan is happy to talk about pools, equipment, and what he's learned from many years in the business. Currently, Jonathan is upgrading us to a variable speed pump, more efficient plumbing, and a nifty robot vacuum. We will have a saltwater generator installed next spring. With his type of service, work ethic and dedication to everything pool related, his business is sure to flourish.
