Nate Kinley of Kinley Built did an awesome job on our house. From day one of our project till the last day we were in regular communication. In the early design stage, Nate offered suggestions for improvement of the plan based on his experience and we discovered that those insights always proved correct. We made a special request for closing on a specific day (my birthday) and Nate and team bent over backwards to accommodate us, and they succeeded. We recently hosted a Holiday party and received many compliments on the quality and beauty of our house construction. Nate, Karen, Seth and the whole team were great and very professional, and now, more than a year after completion, we still consider them friends. We were extremely happy with Kinley Built and would highly recommend them.

Excellent work, very professional, great subs to work with - always available to answer questions. Always made sure work was done as we requested and if not made it right. They matched the addition to the house so it looks like it was all built at the same time. Had several great ideas/suggestions that helped make the addition even more useful and nicer! Would definitely use Kinley Built again.

From the beginning, Kinley Built was the turn key business we needed to build our retirement home in Colorado from our home in Florida. Nate Kinley made it easy and seamless as possible so we didn’t need to make as many trips back and forth during the entire process. Lots of communication with calls, texts and FaceTime helped the construction move quicker. All items we requested were accomplished and secured. Additional suggestions made by the builder were most welcomed and appreciated! The home was finished within our timeframe and the follow up has been amazing this past year! Nathan Kinley and his contractor staff, from design through construction to final walkthrough, executed professionally and completely on the complete remodel of our home. The work included internal redesign, replacement of all plumbing, heating, kitchen materials/appliances, and most infrastructure in the house. KINLEY BUILT was willing and ready to come alongside us in every aspect of building our concrete cabin. They worked extremely well with our Everlogs team to get the infrastructure and what was needed to be ready to accept the concrete log system. What was quite the blessing was Nathan Kinley’s attention to all the details & dealing with the Boulder county building department. He and his entire team and subs were always approachable and willing to help use do what was needed to get our cabin finished the way we wanted. Their suggestions for some finishing really were quite helpful. They were on top of the schedule time line/ monthly draws/ and easy to contact with any of our concerns. We love this group and would highly suggest anyone interested in building in the Mts to consider giving Nathan a call! You will be quite happy with Kinley Built on your project !

Nathan Kinley and his crew have done a wonderful job building new back and front decks on my home in Estes Park. Not only is the workmanship of a high quality, but Nathan was able to come up with a much better deck design than I originally had in mind. I hope to work with Kinley Built on a wide variety of remodeling projects during the next few years. I highly recommend him!

KinleyBuilt built my beautiful custom home in Estes Park Colorado. Nate did a awesome job. He has a great eye details. Easy to communicate with. He has a very good reputation around town. Even after he was finished with the house if I had any questions or problems he addressed them promptly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to build in the area.

We really enjoyed our experience in working with Nathan and his team as they built our dream retirement home.
