Dale came in with great ideas and built a basement bathroom for us where none existed before. The project came out great. It is the most beautiful space in our 1954 home that we are slowly upgrading. Quintin was our main contact and he was an excellent choice for our project. Communication was good, they were dedicated to the job and were very patient with us. Thank you for a beautiful space!

Northridge Contracting took our 1950's kitchen with 1970's appliances and turned it into a dream kitchen for the space we had available. Northridge Contracting was simply wonderful to work with. Dale asked vital questions that helped us make informed decisions throughout our kitchen remodeling project. All of the sub-contractors that Northridge uses for electrical, plumbing, and countertops were very professional. One of the many great things about Northridge Contracting is their ability to problem solve the unexpected issues that arose when we moved walls and opened up ceilings. Also, we were having trouble finding a floor tile and countertop material we liked and Dale helped us locate the perfect materials for our new kitchen. We plan to use Northridge Contracting again this winter to remodel our master bathroom. Northridge Contracting has great people who cared about our project and were experts in making it happen and ... on time!

Dale and team did a great job in a huge renovation to prepare our house for the market. We had a very negative experience with renters and needed to do extensive repairs to the home and Dale and his team were professional and helped put a great finishing touch on our house. We sold our home and I hired Dale and his team again to build my shop and man cave at our new place.

Our experience with North Ridge Contracting was very positive. They completely remodeled our kitchen beautifully. He stayed on budget and was very dependable and on time always. He was very firm with his sub contractors and expected them to be on time also. The kitchen is amazing and we had him replace old galvanized plumbing throughout the house. His recommendations made our home more efficient and we appreciated his expertise. We would refer him to anyone looking for a contractor, and we were thrilled with the results!

This was a great company to work with. They worked with me and were flexible. They did a wonderful job on my home rebuild after the windstorm of 2015. I would definitely recommend this company for all your general contracting needs.

We have used North Ridge Contracting to build our 4000 sq ft home in 2006 and again to remodel a cabin in 2015. Their work is of the highest quality. In the 10 plus years that we've been in our home there has been no need for any repairs or significant maintenance. Dale was extremely helpful in the planning stages in developing design improvements to improve the looks and functionality and in some cases lower the cost. He has exacting standards for his crew and subcontractors. The remodeled cabin has turned into a home that could be used year round and we've had so many comments from the neighbors on the transition.

North Ridge Contracting did a living room and kitchen remodel for us. They took out all of the walls in our upstairs between our living room dining room and kitchen and made it all open concept on our main floor. Dale was phenomenal and even came in under budget. The workmanship and quality is extraordinary. He was on time, all of his contractors (floor, painters, electricians, etc.) were on time when they said they would be. Dale was with us every step of the way; he was in contact with us everyday and we always knew what was going on. Later on we had one problem after everything was done that didn't show up for a year. We had an air vent that they fabricated for us that had an issue, but one phone call to Dale and they replaced it and it's been great ever since. In fact he's the only person that we would work with from now on. We have a couple projects that we plan to do in the future and we are going to call North Ridge Contracting for them. I have recommended him to many friends already. There was a point in the middle of the construction where we thought "maybe we should look and see if we could do something with this wall of cabinets that we were putting in." We went to see if we could do it through Lowes to do it for less and save some money. When we went to Lowes and got it figured out it would have been way more expensive to do it through them it was WAY more expensive to do it ourselves and the cabinets were junk--not even real wood! That happened with granite counters as well. Dale has good connections and therefore was able to get us better materials installed for less than what we could buy them for. The workmanship that we got was beautiful. The granite that we got is much thicker than what we found in the stores and yet it was less expensive than if we were to get it on our own. If dale gives you a bid really listen to him because its going to be right on for the best quality that you could possibly get. The people that we've referred him to come back and say the same thing. They were in our house for at least two and a half months and I was able to go about my business. I felt good because dale always told me what was going on. I knew if I wasn't going to be home he would be there and we really trusted them.

My husband and I were having a problem with our house and didn't want to let the builder who built our house fix it. When Dale initially came out to talk to us about fixing the problem, we felt confident right away that North Ridge would fix the problem and that it would stay fixed. Dale was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the whole process to us. So, we hired them to do the repairs. Dale and his crew are very down to earth, nice, honest people. Dale's crew came out and fixed the problem and it was fixed right. His crew is one of the hardest working, professional teams we have seen in a long time. If anyone is looking for a top-notch contractor to do any repairs or to build a house, we would very highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. We felt that the cost of this repair was very reasonable My husband and I have enjoyed doing business with Dale and his crew, and we would use their services for any future repairs.
