The electrical and plumbing work all fell into place and Adrian could not have been more helpful or obliging, especially as a few extra plumbing jobs were added on. We are so thrilled with the end result and family and friends have just been blown away by the transformation - cannot believe the difference it has made! Our team have had the privilege of working closely with a family run Business Papallo Kitchens. We worked closely with George whom designed, made and installed the kitchen and the cabinetry throughout a luxury home in Strathfield that we were honoured to have built. George had helped our clients and gave advise on colour schemes, hardware through to the stone. Thanks to George and John we have achieved the best kitchen we have ever had! I came across Papallo on Google search and was intrigued to visit them after reviewing all their positive reviews online - so many people were happy with their kitchens. I went into the showroom on a late Friday afternoon, just before closing and George welcomed me into his planning room and was happy to listen to my ideas and what we wanted to achieve rather than asking me to come back another time/day. This spoke volumes about his values and customer service! The entire design process was effortless. All my ideas were welcomed with constructive input and considerations and he thought about all the tiny details I wouldn't have even thought about. I was so confident in his knowledge, design capability, technical expertise - that I had no doubts about the quality of the job, I was simply ecstatic about seeing the final product. The construction phase was just as effortless. Everything was delivered on time as scheduled, all the trades were an absolute pleasure to work with and master's in their professions. John was an absolute superstar, with his attention to detail at the mm level. He took his time to execute and the finish is simply flawless - our expectations were exceeded! All the poly panels are flawless, nothing was too much trouble and the small problem with the soft close bin was resolved on their own account - I didn't even notice initially. Now that is what you call exceptional service with a company that is proud of what it does and has a true passion for the final outcome. We have done 3 kitchen renovations to date and this one has to be by far the best experience ever!! If you are renovating a kitchen, don't worry about wasting your time looking anywhere else. George and John are your team hands down, no questions asked! Great, friendly and reliable team to work with. Very helpful with advice. Received high quality work. Because we were happy with our kitchen install, they also did our laundry cupboards, hall way cupboards and under staircase storage. Although the staircase storage challenged them, they accommodated our requests and we are very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.

We contacted Papallo Kitchens based on the other reviews we'd seen on Houzz. From the moment we first contacted them, both George and John were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. George was really patient with us during the design phase and open to all the questions and ideas we had. During the install process John was great - very efficient and took a lot of care with the job he did. The fact that they're brothers and communicate so well with each other means that nothing gets missed. The end result is all that we could have wanted and more - the kitchen is very high quality and everything works perfectly. It is beautiful, functional & easy to use, and that's in no small part to the job that these guys did. Plus, their price was very competitive when compared to other quotes we received. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys, and have already recommended them to a few friends who are thinking about renovating their kitchens. Don't hesitate to use them - they're the best!

The Papallo brothers provided a stunning display cabinet for our home that far exceeded our expectations. They also provided additional storage space for our home office. The whole process was painless for us as we were guided firstly by George through the design phase and then by John during the final measure and professional installation. Special mention must be made of Zac John's assistant and Peter the team's electrician. Nothing was too much trouble and the work done was sensational. Our home was left in pristine condition with a thorough clean up when they were finished. The project came in on time and on budget with no hidden extras that you would normally expect. Our laundry was not installed when we purchased our new home. After legal issues with the builder, Papallo Kitchens were brought in for a quote which we thought was very reasonable. John and George were aware of the troubles we had experienced and understood the frustration we had felt with the lack of a laundry for months. From the moment they stepped inside our home to give a quote, communication was excellent and we were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The tradesmen they employed were all of the same calibre - gentlemanly, courteous, punctual and professional. Our beautiful laundry was installed promptly and I am one 'happy little vegemite'! We chose Papallo Kitchens to renovate our bathroom and we have been very impressed with every aspect of the process. George and John came to look at the existing bathroom, then came back with Edwin the builder to verify the existence (or not) of load-bearing walls - which is more than I can say of some other companies we considered. The complete job took about six weeks, but we had a toilet after three and a half (we have only one bathroom). We chose patterned tiles for the floor and the painstaking work by Phuong and his tiling team has produced a fabulous result. Edwin was a very hands-on builder: he was on-site every day that something was happening and was always checking the tradesmen's work. Any problems were solved quickly, efficiently and without fuss. We are glad that we chose a local company where we dealt with the same two people all the time, and we would highly recommend the Papallo brothers.

After months of navigating the maze of kitchen renovation businesses we decided to go with Papallo Kitchens which was highly recommended by a friend. We are so pleased we made that decision. John and George provided excellent service, they were flexible and patient and nothing was ever a problem. From design and quoting to building and coordination of trades there were no surprises. I worked with the Papallo brothers to design and install a custom murphy / wall bed for my Zetland apartment. After giving them a few Pinterest posts and my needs, they came up with a design and helped to make changes to reduce the costs where possible. They were always happy to tweak the design. They were upfront that they had never designed and installed a wall bed before, but you definitely would not know that otherwise. The project outcome is high quality. I’m looking forward to working with them again.
