We opened a lawsuit against Ms. Fremlin for non-payment of services rendered. The courts heard our testimony and awarded us the full amount of our lawsuit.

Ms. Fremlin’s problems would have been avoided if she hired a properly licensed contractor to complete her bathroom project. We presented to the courts and they agreed that the failure of the contractor who installed the bathroom to follow proper building procedures were the cause of her problems.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. This is supported by the numerous customers that have been completely satisfied by our high-quality service. The review above is very troubling because the claims made are not accurate to the facts.
The client contracted with us to install a custom heavy glass frameless shower door. We installed the door properly and the customer was very happy. Several days after the installation, the customer informed us that there was a water leak that was caused by a screw that we installed to secure one of the mounting brackets.
We returned to the project with a licensed contractor to determine the cause of the leak. After on-site review, we were surprised to learn that the plumbing pipes were not protected as required by code. When we brought the issue to the customer, they dismissed it and demanded that we take full responsibility for the repairs. We also learned that the entire renovation of their master bathroom had been completed by unlicensed contractors who may not have followed proper building procedures required by code. No permits as required by Fairfax County were issued and no building officials have made any of the required inspections.
Despite the cause being related to improper pipe protection that is required by code, we offered to repair the damaged waterpipe, but the customer refused to let us return. The customer has also reversed all payments for our work.
We take pride in our work and we have developed an excellent reputation. This unfortunate situation is a direct result of a customer cutting corners by using unlicensed contractors who do not follow proper building procedures.
