Pinpoint Kitchen & Bath is owned by husband and wife team, Kristen & Chris Alagna. Kristen is an interior designer with her BFA in interior design from FIT and Chris is a business major and perfectionist who has been involved in design & construction his whole life. Pinpoint offers a superb hand picked collection of products including Kitchen Cabinets, Shower Doors & Tile. They strive to give the best quality while keeping their clients budget in mind. Not only do their unique products set them apart, but their process sets them apart from other kitchen showrooms. They are designers first, sales people second. We will also work hand in hand with your contractor or our team to make sure your space is executed exactly as you want. We started working with Kristen right before the pandemic. She was professional and was honest about what to expect during this time. What she did with our layout, we never could have dreamed up ourselves. She took a completely hideous staircase belly that protruded into our space and hid it inside the pantry! And just like that, we have a beautiful and normal kitchen with no more eyesore. I highly recommend working with Kristen and pinpoint on both your kitchen design and cabinetry. The flat design fee she charges for design if you are not purchasing cabinets is worth every penny! We started with that and her cabinetry came in well priced so we ended up purchasing and using the design fee credit on our cabinets. Her price for custom inset was nearly the same as the price for non custom elsewhere.

I hired Pinpoint to re-do the main bathroom in my house. This was my second house renovation, and I have a good deal of experience with contractors. I must say, Pinpoint was the best I ever hired! First, Kristen is extraordinarily talented. She has a great eye for color, design and space utilization! I was very thankful to get her help and advice. Chris is equally amazing! He and his crew showed up on time, completed the project in the timeframe promised and within my budget! The tile work was perfection! It was a pleasure working with this young couple with an incredible work ethic! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Hired Pinpoint for a complete kitchen and bath renovation-tearout and replacement. They arrived on time and put in a full day. During the project Chris consulted with us and made changes as appropriate. Their suggestion about changing the size of the wall tile in the bath really made a difference in the final product. We had no problem leaving the house while they worked. We have no problem in recommending the firm.

We had a wonderful experience with Pinpoint. We could only be home on weekends to have our bathroom redone and they accommodated us. The work was done beautifully and they were extremely professional. We would highly recommend them.

We hired Pinpoint to remodel the 30-year old master bathroom in our 63-year old house, and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. It was not just a pleasure working with Chris and Kristen, but our bathroom came out much better as a result of their suggestions. We value Kristen's talent for design and style, and Chris dedicated himself to our having everything exactly as we wished, making several important suggestions that improved the outcome. Their professionalism, accessibility, reliability, value, and work product are incomparable, and their cheerful patience extended to several mid-job changes that made our bathroom a spa. We were so pleased, in fact, that we immediately hired them to remodel our similarly-aged hall bathroom, which came out just as perfect. When we first decided to do work in our home we interviewed a lot of contractors with experience and they always fell short. When Kristen and Chris appeared at our doorstep we were hesitant because they are young and such an attractive couple. Well, not only were we so happy with the work on a total kitchen remodel, we had them come back 4 years later for a complete 2 bathroom remodel. Chris & Kristen are wonderful people to work with. They did a kitchen and 2 1/2 baths for us that were in desperate need of repair and updating. They were very patient with us and addressed any and every question and need that we had before, during and after the project. They took the time and effort to be sure we were involved and happy with all decisions along the way. We were very happy to support a young business and family. And the professionalism and quality of workmanship you look for is there minus any arrogance that we have found in some contractors. Pinpoint Design & Construction renovated my kitchen and living area spaces. I was overwelmed with the finished product.............my kitchen is beautiful and I love it. The support I received from design to completion was wonderful! I recommend Pinpoint to everyone who asks. The unique experience I received from Pinpoint is that they worked to understand my vision and worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was satisfied.

Pinpoint replaced a 35 year old bathroom and did an amazing job. We replaced a tub with a shower and totally updated the bathroom. THey also re-did a powder room and it looks beautiful. WE are about to replace the shower in our master bathroom with PInpoint, so I guess you could say we enjotyed working with them and we were happy with the way everything came out.
