Brothers Alex and Joe Fonseca are the owners of Primavera Parkview. Since 1997, Primavera Parkview has been providing custom single family homes, additions, kitchens and more to consumers in Union County and the surrounding area. We have worked with Joe and Alex at Primavera Builders multiple times over a 20 year period doing a major renovation of the original house and two additions, as well as smaller projects on our home in Cranford, NJ. They have provided excellent support throughout the planning phase, including working with the architect and the township, and they ensured the construction phase was completed with good craftsmanship, on schedule and with as little disruption as possible. They were responsive to questions and attended to issues as they came up. And, they provided guidance and recommendations in making decisions along the way, including the selection of fixtures and finishes. We trust them and any subcontractor they work with. We love our home and Joe and Alex have helped us create a home that is both beautiful and functional, meeting the needs of our family.

We hired Primavera for several renovation projects around our house. They did an outstanding job. They are very professional, use top quality materials and very skilled labor. We had some custom bunk beds built into our bonus room and a wine cellar built in our basement. We showed them various pictures of what we had in mind for the design. They were able to create exactly the finished product we had envisioned. They stuck to the timeline we were provided and budget we were quoted. I would recommend them for any home renovation project you have in mind in Northern NJ.

Both Joe and Alex are true professionals and that professionalism brings an ease to a project whether it is a complete post Sandy rebuild at the Jersey Shore to the renovations of of an office building while still permitting me to run my business. They are very aware of the value of to be placed on timely completion and overall quality workmanship. I have been a practicing attorney for almost 30 years and have witnessed first hand the consequences of hiring the wrong company for a project. Words cannot descrbie what an amazing job Primavera did in creating my dream kitchen. From start to finish, Joe and Alex were hands on and dedicated to fulfilling every aspect of this project. Designing a kitchen was all new to me and their guidance and expertise assisted me in making this as stress-free as possible. Instead of a traditional "cookie cutter" kichen, I wanted something very funky and unique and Primavera did not disappoint - as evidenced by the before and after pictures below. Every day I walk into my kitchen is a blessing and it starts my day off right!
