Abigail and George are great!. I first met them when my husband and I went to an open house to see an apartment they were selling. I found them to be very warm and friendly. Abigail gave us suggestions on how to engage with brokers and search for homes. That first impression stuck with me and when we ready to launch our search in earnest we called Abigail and George. Their team was amazing. We received lots of leads and advice. Once we found our co-op I cannot tell you how valuable they became. The management process with our board was more onerous than most and it took MONTHS to complete the process but each step of the way Abigail was involved, following up and doing whatever she could to move the process forward. She also assisted with our attorney when we had issues reaching him. I cannot say enough good things about them. We will be ready to begin our search for a home shortly and we plan to call Abigail and George to help us buy and sell :-) The care and compassion they show is unmatched and I would highly recommend them!

The Queens Home Team is the Dream Team. I am so glad that I used Abigail and George to help me sell my co-op. I was selling my home for the first time so I had no idea what needed to be done. Abigail and George gave me a lot of information at our initial meeting, including an analysis of the housing prices in my neighborhood. They always made sure I was clear and understood everything. Because of their marketing expertise, I received multiple offers on the first weekend of the open house, with two offers at full asking price. Ana from the Queens Home Team is also the best! She always kept me updated with what was going on, really quick on responding to any questions I had or anything that I needed. Even while we were waiting to close, the team would check on me every other week just to see if I needed anything. I would definitely use this team again if I need to sell another home.

What an amazing realty team! Abigail and George were both so helpful and patient when it came to selling my parents home. They were very professional, and took the time to help educate us on the home selling process. I honestly feel as though they have become family! They went above and beyond in helping. From helping us look for estate sellers, to junk removal to home staging and clean up. They always followed up with us and took the time to answer all our questions. It's no wonder they are successful! Nothing is more important to us as consumers than excellent customer service and they provided that and more! We interviewed several realtors and non of them seemed a good fit. Abigail isn't pushy and she, and George took the time to listen to our needs instead of just telling us what to do.
