Working with local contractors, interior designers and suppliers, we bring the most advanced kitchens to our clients and theirs on both remodel and new construction projects.
Our design team includes owner Randy Godeau along with other independent designers and resources. We are active members of the NKBA, and we enjoy an A+ rating with the BBB of Metropolitan Houston.

Bay Area Kitchens is such a pleasure to work with. They have great quality cabinets and installers. They help with design and are always there when you need them. I highly recommend them. I had a new home built and they did my kitchen, walk in pantry and laundry room.

Wow, what a transformation of our kitchen and utility room. Randy's design incorporated existing interior brick accent walls that we wanted to keep and still totally changed our kitchen design rather than just working a refresh. Our new Wood Mode maple cabinets are simple (our choice), beautiful, and expertly installed. We are vary happy with the results and our high expectations were exceeded.

We found Randy Godeau at Bay Area Kitchens after reading such wonderful reviews of him and his business, and we are happy that we did. From the very beginning, Randy had great design ideas for our kitchen and main bathroom. He had many samples of products in his showroom, and he also directed us where to go to see more. He worked and reworked the drawings until they were perfect. He took out a bar and added a larger island and rearranged the appliances so that the whole kitchen works better and feels bigger. We added a convection steam oven, warming drawer, a Wolf coffee maker, and a larger refrigerator/freezer. When the work began, all of his contracted workers, from demolition, to tile installation, electricians, plumbers, and cabinet installation, were very professional, arriving when they said, and taking care and pride in their work. Instead of having multiple people working in the kitchen at one time, Randy schedules all of the projects sequentially which made the construction run smoothly. He provided us with a very detailed schedule from the beginning and updated it as necessary. He was at our home frequently, and always when a new project started. Throughout the entire remodel, Randy checked every detail, many that we didn’t see, and made sure that the project was perfect. Not only is Randy the consummate professional, he is such a nice and trustworthy person. We are so happy with our new kitchen and bathroom and thankful that we chose Randy to design them and oversee the work.

I was introduced to Bay Area Kitchen by a friend who’s kitchen design by Randy was featured in the Houston Magazine.
I always wanted a kitchen do over after 23 years. After my first consultation I knew he had capture my vision. He immediately went to work.
Randy and his crew was always on time, professional suggested things for improvement as well he allowed me to change somethings.
I loved the experience and his easy going demeanor. I recommend Bay Area Kitchen to anyone who is looking for a updated, state-of-the art kitchen to use this remarkable professional company.

Randy Godeau was an excellent manager/general contractor of all aspects of our projects. We have completed the remodel of our kitchen and guest bathroom and will soon start a second project on our master bath. Randy is driven to please his customers, and he handles all crafts, materials purchase, permits, and inspections. Each of the craftsmen have worked long term for Randy on his projects, some for more than 15 years. I was at home with each craft throughout our project and can vouch for the skill, attention to detail, efficiency, and ownership of the quality of their work. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. We wake up every day and are thrilled to have such a wonderful kitchen, thanks to the knowledge and guidance of Randy through all phases of work. Randy's up front design work included through computer generated drawings of all aspects of the design. As the project progressed, the drawings were updated as needed to provide up tot date, accurate information. Randy made very frequent job site visits to inspect the work, address any unforeseen issues and discuss craft scheduling. We are very pleased with every aspect of our project and would highly recommend Bay Area Kitchens and Randy Godeau to others who are considering a kitchen remodel project.

I am enjoying my newly remodeled kitchen! Scott, with his design knowledge, created a design that was perfect. I knew he would include all the bells and whistles I wanted to make my kitchen a beautiful center to my home while being an efficient work space. The work was very organized and he kept me informed of the process all along. Randy was very kind and helpful, as well. Randy suggested special lighting at the lower part of my bar that was a nice added feature. I am completely pleased with the end result and would 100% recommend Bay Area Kitchens.

This was our second and by far largest experience with Bay Area Kitchens. Randy and his crew were knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of planning, ordering and installation. Beautiful Woodmode cabinets were custom matched with 30 year old originals.
They were great when coordinating with suppliers and the other contractors, and gave even minor issues prompt and proper attention.
I recommend them with highest marks. Yes, if I ever have cause to redo another kitchen I would insist on using them again.

The entire process of having Bay Are Kitchens measure, layout, design and provide drawings for my review was very pleasant. Randy was very understanding on my scheduling and financial constraints to achieve a very nice cabinetry design and layout for my new kitchen cabinetry. Worked closely with me to coordinate and schedule the cabinet installation since my kitchen was being gutted down to the studs, having new sheetrock installed, and having new flooring installed.
Randy even worked with me to properly locate and install a 2"x4" header box for a through the wall exhausting vent-a-hood and proper placement of outlets.
The craftsmanship and quality of the cabinets that Bay Area Kitchens provides is OUTSTANDING! I got exactly what I paid for.... beautiful, durable, and well made cabinets with more usable storage than the old built-in-place cabinets that got ripped out.
The crew that did the cabinet installation and countertop installation were very thorough and made sure everything lined-up, was properly leveled, and even made a few adjustments to improve the placement.
I would definitely recommend Bay Area Kitchens if a person wanted quality, long-lasting cabinets with an eye toward a semi-custom or custom design. I'm very happy I used Bay Area Kitchens rather than buying premade cheaper cabinets from the "blue-box" store or the orange-box" store.

If you are looking to do any type of kitchen renovation, Bay Area Kitchens is the company to hire. Randy and his extended team were superb to work with, and all work was carefully done. The communication on what work was to be done and when, was excellent as well.

I went to Randy for kitchen cabinet replacement due to Harvey. Randy is detailed oriented, knowledgeable, and delivers to his set schedule. He also provided his years of experience and helped me choose cabinets, colors, and hardware. I am more than pleased with the final result.

We started from a dark, small closed in kitchen in an otherwise well-designed house. Randy listened to us carefully and created an exquisite design that really addressed our needs. He was always available, responded quickly to questions, consulted us on all major decisions and kept us informed so we always felt up to date on the remodel progress. All of the contractors work consummate professionals who took great pride in their work. The project was completed on time, on budget and gave us a kitchen that is not only beautiful to look at but is a joy to cook in. We are incredibly grateful for the job Bay Area Kitchens has done, and recommend them highly and without reservations. Just a fantastic job.

Randy helped us with the remodel of our kitchen after Hurricane Harvey. He had plenty of options to choose from in his showroom and his eye for detail and product coordination was really helpful. Even with the increased workload that every one in the home construction/improvement industry was experiencing, we were able to get the kitchen completed in a relatively short period of time. His demo team and installers were great. It was pretty effortless on our part. Now the kitchen is THE best part of my house! Can't say that I'm happy Hurricane Harvey came to town, but I did get a new kitchen that I love. Thanks Randy!

Bay Area Kitchens remodeled our kitchen after hurricane Harvey left us a mess. We went to their showroom and Randy was extremely helpful with suggestions and options. He is a true professional. He came to the house took measurements and again made sure that he knew exactly what we wanted. The installation team was also first class. Every cabinet is perfectly plum and level. The installation took several days but the results are worth it. The cabinets are top quality and the configurations make the kitchen very easy to use and efficient. We highly recommend Randy and Bay Area Kitchens.

We chose Bay Area Kitchens for our kitchen remodel six years ago and chose them again for our two-bathrooms remodel. The cabinet's (Brookhaven, Westchester recessed, Silver Mist) quality is outstanding, and the color we chose is very beautiful and complements the quartz countertop (Cambria Swanbridge). Randy always has great ideas and helps us quite a bit in our decision making. He is easy to work with and is willing to make any cabinet adjustments that are needed. The Woodmode/Brookhaven product is expensive but a very high quality investment.

Working with Randy at Bay Area Kitchens was the best experience I have ever had as a homeowner when it comes to improvement or repair projects. Randy and his team handled every aspect of our kitchen remodel from start to finish in a most professional and efficient manner. One of the goals of our remodel was to add seating in the kitchen. This was accomplished by converting window seats into a full banquette that seats 6 and constructing a kitchen island that seats 3 or 4. The finished product was everything that was promised. The quality of the cabinetry and workmanship went beyond my expectations and schedules were adhered to. Randy even made himself available to consult on some flooring and upholstery decisions and worked with independent contractors on our behalf to ensure that our kitchen would indeed turn out to be our dream kitchen! We are delighted with our kitchen and highly recommend Bay Area Kitchens to anyone considering a remodel!

We chose Bay Area Kitchens because this was our first remodel and we wanted to be sure all the bases were covered. Other bidders had a lot of "customer responsible for this and for that", BAK didn't.
The project schedule was six weeks and was kept to a tee, which apparently is uncommon... Any time we had questions or concerns Randy was able to answer them in short order. He had suggestions when we asked for them, but didn't try to push things we didn't want. (For example, we like wood, and kept our current lighting.) Bay Area Kitchens and Mr. Godeau renovated our kitchen and adjoining dining area plus placed floor tiling in our formal dining room. Project involved considerable structural changes, new appliances, sinks, cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash, paint, and flooring. Some of the original cabinets were incorporated with new paint and door knobs that matched the new cabinets. Mr. Godeau worked with us on the original design and helped us select appropriate materials for the project. He was very professional and business like and the various construction teams did excellent work. While an extensive project, there were no gaps in the timeline and the down time for our home was minimized. The cost was probably at the high end, but offset by a very nice finished project and minimal disruption to the use of the house. Mr. Godeau's pre-construction drawings helped eliminate any surprises in the finished project.

We knew when we bought our home we'd need the kitchen renovated. We searched for a bit online for kitchen renovators, and Bay Area Kitchens stood out among several (!) companies in the Clear Lake/Webster area specializing in this trade.
We met with Scott, who was very professional from the outset and provided a great design suggestion for our size and equipment needs. After going back and forth a few times with Scott on options, placement of appliances, and other "wish list" items, we signed the contract.
From the beginning of the project, we were very pleased with the oversight and "face time" we had with both Randy and Scott. Either (or both) were on site practically every day, overseeing the various contractors from demolition all the way through to the completion and final cleaning.
Scott was very helpful with doing a lot of the legwork, as some tile samples were located at various vendors around the metro area and our schedules didn't allow us to travel as much as we'd like. He delivered several samples to us for consideration and approval.
The contractors retained by Bay Area Kitchens were polite, professional, and efficient.
We are very pleased with our experience, and would recommend Bay Area Kitchens without hesitation.

Working with Bay Area Kitchens for our kitchen and bathroom project exceeded all our expectations from start to finish. They transformed our 1970's kitchen and bath disaster into a dream kitchen, and a gorgeous bathroom we can brag about. We were especially impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the cabinets. Giving the magnitude of the project we were really happy with Randy and his contractors how professional they were. It was a very smooth project and we ended up with a beautiful and highly functional kitchen. You can tell they love what they are doing and they make sure that you as a customer are 1000% satisfied with the results. Wanting to remodel my kitchen turned into a frustrating search since I wanted white cabinets with a modern sleek design which is difficult to find in Texas where most kitchens are on the darker side and have the wood look. My old kitchen was a Wood Mode and after 34 years was still in very good shape and I had always been happy with the quality and design elements. So I searched online for Wood Mode dealers in my area and found Bay Area Kitchens. Then I remembered that they had replaced a bathroom vanity top and sink for me about 18 years ago and did a great job so I made an appointment - best decision ever !
Randy was professional and also very kind and sincere. He listened to what I had in mind, helped me with everything concerning the kitchen design and also suggested floor tile and countertop dealers - he even went with me to check out the appliances I had picked. He was always available and even texted me on weekends. He searched websites to help me choose the sink and faucet. He kept me informed of every step and every appointment and his contractors were professional and skilled. They called ahead of time and actually came when they said they would - they also cleaned up when they were done.
I was so thrilled with my kitchen that I asked Randy to redo my bathroom cabinets, countertop and sinks which also look fabulous.

We purchased a home earlier this year which needed to have basically every room updated, especially kitchen and baths. Our contractor recommended Randy at Bay Area Kitchens for consultation and design ideas for the kitchen. Randy's recommendations on lighting, appliances and overall design were extremely helpful. However, his ideas on cabinets and layout were invaluable. We love the Brookhaven cabinets and their features.
Randy's experience was essential in selecting features and placing cabinets for ease of use and convenience. He was very conscientious and kept us updated on scheduling and budget issues.
I highly recommend Randy if you are considering a kitchen remodel.

We could not be happier with our kitchen or the experience of a major renovation. I know, sounds like we are out of our mind, but if you were tearing your kitchen out to the studs, I would never have anyone do the job but Randy and Bay Area Kitchens. He gave us a written schedule and a price and he stuck to both with the utmost professionalism and workmanship. He was on site everyday making sure work was going as planned and making sure we were happy. We now have our forever kitchen, however, we will convince Bay Area Kitchens to renovate our bathrooms when the time comes. Bay Area Kitchens is a must use company in this area.

Bay Area Kitchens completely remodeled and updated our 26 year old kitchen. We cannot say enough good things about the experience and the results exceeded our expectations. Randy knows what he is doing. He set up a realistic schedule and finished on the projected date (right before Thanksgiving!). All the work was very professional and high quality. Randy helped guide us through the selection process and accompanied us on our shopping trip to select countertops, tile, backsplash, and lighting. I highly recommend Bay Area Kitchens. The best of the best.

We did a full kitchen remodel, and we were very pleased. Randy Godeau, owner, works hard to ensure total customer satisfaction. The product and labor are expensive, but you are guaranteed satisfaction. Our kitchen is gorgeous, and everything is totally functional, as I had in mind. The design layout is excellent. The craft professionals that Randy employs take great pride in their work, and are very respectful of the customer's home. When there where challenges, the teams worked well together to resolve the issue at hand. Randy is very professional, and is totally committed to pleasing his customers.

Bay Area Kitchens did an excellent job from the planning stage to completion of construction, in providing with my "dream" kitchen. They listened to my "needs" and "wants", and were able to incorporate all of them into the design. Because of the potentially high amount of heat able to be produced by my cooktop, they were able to have a hood custom-made for appropriate ventilation. Most importantly, the construction schedule was strictly adhered to; something that I up to that point did not think possible. We've used Randy and Bay Area Kitchens to remodel our kitchen and all our bathrooms. In every case we have been very happy. The workmanship is excellent and Randy keeps a close eye on the work being done. Every project was on budget and on schedule. Now we are considering having them do an outdoor kitchen. I would highly recommend Rand and Bay Area Kitchen for any similar job.

The experience we had with Bay area kitchens was spectacular.The owner Randy was extremely knowledegeable.They listen to our wants and supplied all, plus our needs.Our kitchen, laundry room, pantry,our summer kitchen is simply a dream come true. He even took the time out to go with me to different vendors to make sure I was knowledegeable of the products I wanted his expertise is phenominal.Any concern I had he was there to answer /fix even after the project was complete.The job was completed in a very timely manner just as the signed contract stated it was done. There was no delays,the budget was kept right to the penny there was no hidden agendas the contract was followed exactly as it was written.We would and have recommended Bay Area Kitchens to all our friends/aquaintances.Randy was and is so easy to talk to just so Professional/understanding My kitchen is in the local monthly magazine and its online @ Bay area Kitchen.com Its has red appliances/Outdoor Kitchen the beautiful stainless steel one.We're so excited and happy.

Randy completely designed our kitchen and we started from scratch! We tore out the old and incorporated the breakfast area into one large, efficient and wonderful kitchen. Listen to his advice -he has a ton of experience and trust his wisdom. Randy knows work flow, convenience, electrical placement and new trends. We have all deep drawers, enough space between appliances...and this wonderful pop-up electrical outlet in the middle of our kitchen counter! I continue to seek Randy's advice, we recently updated two appliances and added more cabinet space and he was able to match the wood exactly. We wouldn't use anyone else.

We worked on our design ideas for quite some time before seeking a kitchen designer for design and construction.
We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and interviewed several contractors and designers before deciding on Bay Area Kitchens.
Randy was the only designer that embraced our ideas and concepts without telling us that we "could not do it our way" and adding his ideas and expertise to bring our project to fruition and make it the kitchen of our dreams.
He not only met but exceeded our expectations in design, quality of workmanship and professionalism. His attention to detail and respect for our property were unmatched by any contractor that we have used in the past.
It was truly an experience that was as enjoyable as one can expect for completly gutting ones kitchen.
We have reccomended Randy to everyone that sees our kitchen and will continue to do so.

Randy at Bay Area Kitchens was a pleasure to work with on my kitchen redesign. Randy designed, managed and delivered a beautiful kitchen within my budget and on the promised delivery date. A full kitchen remodel can be a stressful situation but with Randy's experience and professionalism, I was always kept informed about what was happening and what decisions I needed to be thinking about in order to keep the project on track. I could not be more pleased with the experience or the results!

Bay Area Kitchens has helped us with the remodel of two kitchens and a master bath. Randy has been extremely helpful with the design of the cabinetry and choices that are appropriate for the spaces involved. His long time installation crews arrive as scheduled and complete the job as described. We would certainly call on him again for any future work.

The service was on time and on budget. The kitchen was exactly what I wanted and looked magazine quality. In fact it was used in several ad's if I remember correctly.

on time ., total kitchen re-do in six weeks...very professional with good design ideas,,, took us to select granite, appliances, etc.
cleaned up at the end of each day...swept, took away trash, etc.
helped with all decisions using professional advice
no hidden charges,,,
readily followed up on small issues like light bulbs, etc, after project was complete,,
lots of attention to detail. ..
we couldnt be happier,,,, you may pay a little more but as they say,, you get what you pay for,, :)
have recommended to others,,, did a beautiful job on a total bath re-do,,:) 9

I've just wrapped up my second remodeling project with Bay Area Kitchens. I did my kitchen with Randy Godeau about 7 years ago and am wrapping up a remodel of my master bathroom. Randy is extremely easy to work with. He's got good ideas, but never pushes you to something you don't want to do. He knows the products out there and makes good suggestions. Most importantly, he's got an excellent eye for the details. He never misses a thing....do you want the cabinets to open this way? or that way? How do you want to place the lights....if you do that, then your floorspace will be reduced over here....if we do that, then you won't have elbow room there....He has good crews that work for him, and there was very little downtime between crews. In other words, when the electricians are done, he doesn't make you want (with your house in total chaos) for a week for the plumbers to come and do their thing.
Bottom line, both my kitchen and my bathroom are not only gorgeous but they are extremely functional. All of the details are attended to and it was not more painful than necessary.

Bay Area Kitchens redesigned our kitchen, converted a computer room to a bar, and a year later, converted a storage area in our family room into a dual function area (photo gallery/buffet).
Mr. Godeau, was our project manager. He is one of the few professionals who delivers what he promises; he presents a timeline which is very accurate. Our final designs were exactly what we wanted because he listened to our ideas/wants/needs. We appreciated his candor as he steered us away from unforeseen mistakes or impossible changes. Weekly update(s), during the project, was the norm. He has a professional and reliable crew working for him, as well.
We chose BAK to complete our first two projects because he is a problem-solver. He volunteered a solution to a major problem in our kitchen project during our first meeting....we were impressed.
