Every time my wife and I go to Fredericksburg (about every 4-6 months), the first place we stop is Red. It really is like a scavenger hunt for adults who love design. It's kind of like walking into the movie Edward Scissorhands - many of the products look like they're from a different era, and yet they somehow feel modern at the same time. I would guess that about a quarter of the decor in our living room comes from (or is inspired by) Red.

I can't get enough of this store! The designers at Red have impeccable taste. They can make any space look magazine worthy, and they carry the most beautiful furniture, chandeliers, wall hangings, and other random household objects. Their aesthetic reminds me a little of Anthropologie, only more unique and higher-end. Highly recommend!

This fabulous home furnishings store in Fredericksburg, Texas never fails to surprise and delight me when I visit. I am a lover of all things design related, and red is a fresh take on mixing vintage with classic contemporary design. The store is chock full of well designed furniture, colorful textiles, always interesting accessories and small personal temptations as well. I have been known to go in for a gift, and come out with new jewelry, bedding and a new pillow or two for my sofa! Always a good source for inspiration, I recommend red for browsing as well as intentional shopping for well designed items.

Kommenterade: BulbsThis light uses up to 60 watt standard bulbs. You could use vintage looking edison bulbs like the ones shown here, if you want a moodier look, but for brightness, we like the standard clear bulbs.
