They walked us through the process of choosing the best type and color of stone for our new kitchen counter top and hearth and surround for our fireplace. As I downsized from my home of 37 years to a condo apartment, I wanted to redo the condo kitchen to resemble the dream kitchen my husband and I designed and built 6 years ago. A critical element is a green quartz countertop, but the closest approximation turned out to be no longer available. Jalima from Richstone was persistent, professional, and very helpful in pursuing alternatives and locating one that's not only the best available, but also met my budget and time deadlines. And the Richstone crew was great in measuring and installing it well. It was a joy to work with everyone I talked with and met on the Richstone team.

Talk about instant gratification! After years of pondering the best counter solution for our kitchen, we responded to an Angie's List deal for Quartz counters from Richstone. Two days after we signed the contract, we had custom Quartz counters. When we decided to add a tile backsplash, that Richstone was done 24 hours after making the decision. Our kitchen was off after we added 3/4 inch hardwood floors and had the cabinets refaced. The original laminate was pleasant, but it was obviously not right when cabinet panels stuck out past the countertops. Although the overhangs would have been corrected by new counters, the height was 3/4 of an inch short, and I thought that a regular slab would contrast with the shaker trim. The solution was what they referred to as a "laminate edge" to create the appearance of a massive slab of material. A subtle pattern like Silestone Lagoon made the seam practically invisible. Richstone was fast, they were patient answering questions, and they were far more attentive than a big box store.

Provided great recommendations on installation and did exactly what they said. Matched pricing and installed in less than 3 days. Installation looks great. They selected a great piece of silestone and installed with no seams. I would definitely use them again.

I am amazed at how quickly our countertop was put in. In less than 24 hours, it was measured, cut, delivered, and installed. No problems at all. Not to mention it looks gorgeous! Thank you Richstone!

We recently had our counter tops installed and everything from start to finish was absolutely flawless. I had contacted several contractors for quotes and the rates I received were extremely high, not to mention no one would return calls or offer different options. I'm extremely happy with the service I received from the over all staff. Everyone was very helpful and any questions I had were answered the same day.
