I called Steven to check and fix my garage door which had issue twice. He was very polite, extremely nice and very helpful, gave me many valuable info. He refused to be paid because when he came to check it out, my garage door was working fine and the issue might have been with the door panel (opener) which he fixed it easily. What a great exceptional guy!! Definitely, this is the guy to call for all your garage door needs. Honest, reliable and knowledgeable.

He referred me to a business that does repairs on old garage doors in case I preferred saving money and using the old door. He also gave me a quote in case I decided to go with a new door. I asked him how much for the house call (as it seems many contractors charge for these) and he said "nothing. I didn't do anything." Wow is it refreshing to find someone so honest and customer friendly. I ended up deciding to replace the door and made an appointment 3 weeks later for Steven to replace it. As the appointment day neared, I wondered whether I should call him to confirm since so much time passed. I decided not to, and sure enough, he was knocking on the door come appointment day. He and his assistant put in a custom rail job due to the low nature of my garage, and it looks and runs great. If you have any garage door needs, I strongly recommend you give Steven a call!

The repairman was very cordial and debunked the lies I was told by another repairman, who was simply tried to rip me off. I also ended up having my main garage door seal replaced in the process. Overall, I would recommend this vendor.

Great service, Tech was very knowledgeable and he had a straight forward approach to fixing the problem with my garage door, priced and invoiced accordingly with no surprises, was right on time which was a plus for me and came to service my door on Sunday, that was even better. He truly saved me, I was able to get my car out of the garage!!! Definitely will recommend him to my friends and family.
