Real Movers Moving And Storage

Epically screwed us. About 1/4 of our items in our move from Florida to Michigan did not come. The most IMPORTANT items that caused us to pay THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars for moving were all damaged except for one. We only had one piece of furniture to put together- my kids' bunkbed- which was put together incorrectly when the guy told me to leave him alone while he did it - my prize? LITERALLY POINTED SCREW HEADS BROKEN THROUGH THE WOOD STAIRS FOR MY KIDS TO STEP ON. 65" Plasma TV? Broken. Garden shed? Broken. Deep Freezer? Dented, same with toaster oven, large metal trash cans - not to mention whole 55 gallon cans of expensive gardening equipment that did not come. My kids battery powered car? Broken. My electric fireplace? Broken. Most of these items were purchased by my children's grandparents and I COULD NOT afford to replace them as a single mother with 3 young kids. It took EVERYTHING I had to move these items, and left many behind in Florida because I could not afford to move them. I should have left more behind considering they were lost or stolen by the movers. Do the movers carry stuff upstairs for you?? NOPE! Enjoy that 4 story walk-up with a cast on your ankle because these two young guys hired to do will just put the stuff in your basement through the garage after he soaks his feet in your bath salts for an hour and literally takes the food off your plate in the kitchen without say please or thank you. Good thing I do not have a disease he could catch from eating my saliva. Need to be compensated for your broken items? Better have an original receipt (even for your gifts) or you can suck an egg while your kids look at their broken toys you cannot afford to replace. I literally would have been better off moving with nothing and buying everything new, which is where I am now thanks to Real Movers Moving and Storage, except all of my money went to paying them to move us. There are not enough middle fingers for me to wave at this company. I even tipped the guys loading it in Florida the last $100 I had - my item were moved to 2 different moving trucks before it even came to Michigan. I am so mad and sad for my kids words cannot express it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their real name is "Real Movers Moving and Storage". They never returned some of our "lost" items, which are currently at a storage facility in Dallas TX. It has been 7 months since our move and they have given us nothing but a run-around. SCAM!

Recently used Real Movers Moving & Storage to move from Miami up to New Jersey to be closer to my family and it was a wonderful experience. They were punctual and professional, and really delivered on their promises. They showed up on time and ready to work, and took very good care of my things. Took the stress out of what would have been a huge ordeal. More importantly, they were affordable. If you’re looking for a mover you should give them a call. I couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided, and I would definitely use them again.

My family and I had such a great experience with this moving company! They made our recent move from Florida to Ohio so quick and easy. I don't usually come back to leave a review, but this time I had to. They made our trip painless, answered questions quickly and were very polite and knowledgeable every time we contacted them. Real movers are amazing and careful, they handled every furniture and object with very geat care. They showed up on time, carefully and professionally packed my stuff. The fact that they made me feel that I could trust them was huge for me because if anything came to me damaged I would have flipped out! Anything I wanted or needed they did with no complaints. Although money was not the only criteria we were looking for a quality move which insured our goods reached us on time and without any damage. Not only did they execute their work properly, they were on time with the delivery and they did not damage a single item. I seriously cannot still believe it! It has been worth having your services. Once my grandparents decided to move, I figured it was time to call a moving company. Fortunately for me, I came across the Real Movers Moving and Storage company. From the minute I contacted them to the minute the job was completed, they were very helpful and accommodating. It became very clear to me that this company and its employees genuinely cared about helping my grandparents move, and I couldn't have asked for them to do a better job. They were in and out of the house in no time, and it was obvious that they had quite a bit of experience. I appreciated the fact that they took such caution while packing up the moving truck, and as a result there were absolutely no damages. What I expected to be a dreadful moving experience turned into a very easy and effortless one thanks to the Real Movers Moving and Storage company.

Very happy with our experience! We were worried about the entire shifting process but Real Movers made it an entirely hassle-free experience for us. They were approachable, polite, well-equipped and within six hours, we had relocated ourselves completely! We couldn’t believe it. Their charges were so reasonable and properly defined. I was a little skeptical especially about my glassware because some of it is ancestral but I had absolutely nothing to worry about once I saw the care and expertise with which all the goods were being handled. Their services is available every day and every hour, they do not delay and they do the job in a satisfactory manner, I know these because they helped in moving my belongings from Florida to Georgia and it was perfect without any delay and hindrance and really I am grateful for a job well done. I recently had to make the tough decision to move somewhere else because of a new job offer I had received. I did not know how on earth I was going to be able do it especially at such a short notice, but luckily, I have a friend who recommended this company Real Movers to me. I had a wonderful experience as the staff were very professional in how they conducted their job. Well I'm so happy with this company I had to leave the review, guys came really fast and were great with helping and planning how to pack and move everything. House was not so easy and they needed to move things from the second floor. The things were not so difficult to move but there were a lot of valuables to be packed nicely. They were great and did everything really fast. This was by far the easiest move ever and I arrived in the new house in North Miami Beach, really fast and started to move in with my family.I can recommend this company to anyone who needs help

I was pleasantly surprised with my move from Dallas Texas to Miami. I was, as one would expect, a little worried traveling such a distance without being in control of my personal belongings. But, with Real Movers Moving I had nothing to worry about. I had everything in place when I arrived and did not lose a single item.
