I flew across the U.S., and put myself up in a hotel, so I could meet with contractors I found on Houzz. Dmitry was one. To my disappointment, there was no follow through after our meeting. Even my emails and texts went unanswered. Dmitry has a good presentation, however he failed when it came to knowing the history of Art Deco and more so on basic good customer service. Though, his profile touts being an affordable company working with all budgets, Dmitry aims high and doesn't ask questions that relate to budget, but instead throws out numbers without really understanding the scope of work I wanted; nor was he transparent on his availability and time frame of work to be completed. His portfolio is nouveau and kitschy. If you want a space to look and feel like a frozen yogurt shop, go with Dmitry.

As a Interior designer it is great working with Dmitriy. I would use and recommend him for any project of mine.

We had planned to renovate our condo in Sunny Isles for a while. But we were overwhelmed about how to start it. We picked Dmitriy because we saw his reviews, loved his portfolios, and, most of all, needed someone who knew how to help us achieve European style and aesthetics. We especially recommend them to those who are planning to do High-End renovation with European, luxury materials like kitchen, doors, vanities, lighting, closet, wallpaper, etc. Complicated installations were handled with the knowledge to the specifics of European products. All construction and finishing work was done with care and respect to our materials (imported from Italy). The transition between different surfaces and finishes factory alike. I hired Paradise City to remodel my condo at Oceania 5. The owner, Dmitry, went beyond the scope of normal contracting work and was instrumental to the design process. He sometimes understood what I wanted better than I did. The condo is my second home, and I wasn’t in Miami for most of the time he was working. I basically just paid him and left. Dmitry communicated with me on a regular basis, providing detailed updates and sending me pictures. This made the whole remodel stress-free. The result is a masterpiece – my neighbors, friends, and even building staff come to see the kitchen and bathroom and take pictures! The work was done on time and budget, with no ‘surprises’ typical for contractors. Dmitry is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a high-end remodel.

We hired Paradise City for a full gut renovation of our two bedroom apartment. It wasn't a low budget project but worth every penny we paid. Dmitry, the owner, proved to be a reliable, diligent and trustworthy person, considering the fact that we were not able to monitor the progress on a day-to-day basis when we were away. We had a very big project - 7 bedroom house with 4 bathrooms, kitchen and 3-story staircase. Very happy that we were introduced to Dmitriy owner of Paradise City, since he offered us estimate for the same amount that the developer did but with much more options and design solutions. We did not hire the designer because felt Dmitriy’s professionalism, knowledge of his work and a sense of our taste. The project began with complete remodeling of the house including all bedrooms and bathrooms full kitchen installation and 3story marble staircase production and installation. All work was done on time and at very professional level, marble work was amazing, he helped us with the design that saved us a lot of time and money yet the house looked very luxurious. Every little detail from marble design to structural ceiling was done with top quality and exceeded our expectations. I love my wood floors and European closet cabinets - they are amazing! Never expected that wallpaper will look so luxury as they did. With his team this huge project was completed even with so many changes on the way .They obviously take pride in their work and do it well. I must say that Dmitriy is very good project manager and always was able to resolve any issues that arose on the way. We are very happy with the quality of work and outcome of the whole project.
