Sue was helpful and knowledgeable about the options and best solutions for my window coverings. She had samples and pictures to help me finalize my decision and took care of getting everything ordered correctly. I would definitely work with her again.

Finally replaced family room shade with motorized solar shades and bathroom windows with top down shades to enjoy view of my garden and sky with privacy. Sue was very helpful and pleasant to work with, every step of the way!

We had the great pleasure of working with Sue on our recent window treatment project to cover 8 windows (including a large sliding French door). We used everything from honeycomb, curtains and Roman shades. Sue was truly a pleasure to work with! She was patient and she really cared about our project. She made multiple trips to meet us at the house to review our selections and she even showed up in the day of installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Sue made some wonderful suggestions during our designing process but was always respectful of our preferences. I don’t think we would have such an amazing outcome without her guidance. Susan helped me with blinds and drapes for three rooms -- drapes in the master bedroom, fabric roman shades for a guest bedroom, and natural woven shades for a bathroom. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but Susan was able to help me fine-tune my thinking and helped select the perfect fabrics for each room. She was knowledgeable about the products and has a great sense of taste. My blinds and drapes all came out the perfect size, and I'm thrilled with the end result.

We needed to replace window coverings for our kitchen and family room open floor plan. I had been putting this off for years, as I couldn't find anything that I liked and would work for us. Sue gave us some great ideas and worked within our color and style preferences, while ensuring that both rooms worked together. We love the finished product and have had many compliments from our friends! We will definitely use Sue again for our next project.

Sue came to my home in Fremont to help do window treatments for a home which had not been updated since it was built in 1978! It still had the JC Penney drapes. I had no idea what to do or even what would look nice. Sue came with samples, and showed me how things would look when they were completed. We replaced all of the old drapes. The sliding doors got vertical shades, a new split bamboo shade for the kitchen and the rest of the house got plantation shutters. Sue took the measurements, and had an installer come and verify, she followed up with me and tracked the installation. Smith & Noble "guaranteed" the installation before Dec. 31, but that was horribly inconvenient for me! So, Sue got involved and set up the installation for the 1st week in January. I was very happy to have the work done and at MY convenience. Sue helped me pick the entire homes windows coverings. The only downside to this is that after the beautiful shutters were in, the rest of the house looked sort of sad...so I ended up doing a full house remodel with new paint, carpets, lighting and fans, bathrooms and kitchen remodel too! Now my home looks just as great as my new shutters. Thanks Sue!
