We feel very lucky to have been recommended Space Program to design and deliver a single-storey extension and internal reconfiguration work to our house. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result – a transformation from a dark and rather old-fashioned set of rooms, our new house is now filled with light as a result of Patrick’s design. He has also transformed the functionality of the house by creating a surprising amount of new living space. Patrick has been a reassuring, steady and professional hand from the planning stages and throughout the contract administration for us and our contractors. We’ve been reflecting how Patrick pushed us a little out of our comfort zone at the beginning with his initial proposal. However he helped us buy into his design and brought it to life through state of the art 3d modelling, and the end result is testament to Patrick’s vision.

We were very pleased with the outcome of our two storey extension and renovation. Space Program came up with innovative ideas (for example the inclusion of a sun pipe) factoring in contemporary design and paying close attention to how we would use the space. They asked good questions about what we wanted from our design and were patient with us when we kept changing our minds! Plans were drawn up to a high standard with detailed guidance for our builder, and they remained on hand to answer any questions during the project. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any design projects.

We employed Space Program a couple of years ago to design a two storey extension for us. They were really nice people who were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and provided really good advice and help throughout the whole build. They came up with design ideas that we hadn't thought of which were both practical and had great artistic flair. We would thoroughly recommend them, which in fact we have to many of our friends.

My husband and I have employed Space Program Ltd to draw up plans for our house extension, to optimise our living space on both the ground and first floors. They did the plans to submit to planning. Once we received planning permission they then drew up detailed drawings for us the provide to contractors to get tenders for the project. This is where we are at present with the project. Once we have employed the contractors to build our extension Space Programs act as our project administrators, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. I will place another review for Space Program when the project is complete. So far we are very happy with the plans.

We were delighted with the quality of work that Space Program delivered to. They helped turn our vision into reality by carefully listening to our ideas and helping to shape them so that they worked with our budget and space available. They were a lot of fun to work with and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We wouldn't hesitate in working with Patrick & Jeni again!
