Om oss

My work is characterised by simplicity in approach, non-formality of layout and the careful placement of details. I try to engage all five senses when creating any interior. Light helps me convey warmth; I use materials that compel one to touch and feel; straight simple lines to relax the eyes, and colour to invite one to think about scent and sound. I am only fully satisfied and finished with my work once I myself feel envy towards the owner. I know that my work for a client is complete when I feel the sofa in the new interior calling for me to put my feet up, the armchair inviting me to watch a movie, and the table asking if I am hungry! Once the owner feels the ease of the space and the effortlessness of his or hers surroundings, I know my work has been done well.

Tanya Design recently renovated my apartment. Tanya was extremely professional. Always punctual, she was able to come up with original ideas, while still staying within a budget. She did a great job to organize and communicate everything with our contractors. I could not believe how beautiful our apartment has become. I give Tanya Design my highest recommendation.

Wonderfull person to work with very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Transferred my plain boring dwelling into a dream house with fantastic colour schemes,furniture and outstanding accessories all with in deadline and budget. It was a pleasure working with this lovely lady which meant no headaches or mistakes as she was on top of everything so nothing went wrong.

Tanya helped us redesign our space from scratch. Understanding our needs, she has been absolutely brilliant in every way and has exceeded our initial expectations. Tanya is super creative and managed to tailor the project on our time and budget target. What used to be a relatively confined, low-ceiling suite has now became a bright, comfortable and fully functional working space at the heart of Canary Wharf. Alongside great interior design choice, Tanya had a clear vision for the space, remained committed to her style and created the welcoming and pleasant atmosphere that she promised. The result is an extremely cozy environment, suitable for both work and leisure. We would highly recommend Tanya as a great designer for any project.

Tanja Nicolic is a professional with a unique eye for class and comfort. Her enthusiastic and positive approach to challanges makes it very easy to work with her. She is always very organised with her projects and delivers them on time. Her creativity is always so refreshing as well as her ability to adjust to client's needs. One of her best qualitues is her social skills that she so effortlessly employs with clients and hired workforce alike. It was an absolute pleasure having worked with Tanja and i consider her to be one of the best in her field.

Tanya has that important and rare quality of being able to combine sound technical knowledge with innovative and stunning interior design schemes. She has clarity of vision, a vast body of previous experience to draw on, and creates client focused design which she is then able to manage during the whole process of commissioning and delivery. She is an inspiring team leader and sets a formidable standard of professionalism. Her truly European wide experience gives her a unique and valuable perspective.
