Techno Metal Post Pikes Peak Region, located in the front range of Colorado, is proud to be serving El Paso, Douglas, Jefferson, Arapahoe, Elbert and Teller counties with the finest helical piers and installation systems available. Our EM1 and R2D machines allow us to perform pier installations in the varied terrain and soil types found in the region. The applications for helical pier installations are endless. If you have anything that needs to be attached to the ground, either permanent or temporary, it can likely be accomplished with our helical piers. We have guaranteed products, methods, and professional engineer support for every installation. Our posts are installed with minimal impact to the surrounding soil, are vibration free, and our machines leave virtually no trace on an existing yard or landscape. Our posts are unaffected by settling, frost heaving, and expansive soils. Installations are efficient and even most large jobs can be completed in one day, making timelines far more efficient than standard concrete caissons. I have worked with Tim on several projects. He is an honest, trustworthy contractor who always gives 100% towards every job.

I have known Tim Rushing for 21 years. Base on my knowledge of his character, skills as a licensed and experienced residential contractor, and ability to arrange for and supervise highly qualified subcontractors, I hired him as the general contractor to build my home. This gave me extensive opportunities to watch him as he personally performed a large part of the construction work as well as effectively supervised other disciplines in successfully constructing my home. Tim was very methodical, concise, flexible, and timely in all aspects in constructing my home. Bottom line, if I had to construct another home, I would hot hesitate to hire Tim as my general contractor. Regardless of what service he is providing, one can count on him to get the job done in grand style. The quality of his work and his character are impeccable. Wayne Gardner

Tim Rushing is a true professional! As a subcontractor, I have worked with Tim multiple years now, and his schedules are always as scheduled. Tim is dedicated to the trade, and he works extremely hard for his customers satisfaction. Carpenter’s Son Construction redid my bathroom on time and on budget. Love the creative tile work in my shower/bath. Seamless sink makes me happy every time I shave my beard and don't have to deal with shavings getting caught in the seam - easy cleanup!

Tim and his crew built both our office for our Nursery and also constructed a greenhouse that we had purchased. Tim was more than professional and I would/will work with him again. We already have been planning on a bigger greenhouse. Communication was great, there were no surprises. If something changed Tim let me know about it the second he found out. Both projects came in under budget and on time. If Tim is still building houses when I do mine, he will be the one I ask to build it! I highly recommend him. Great people. Great Company.

Tim Rushing is a professional in every respect. We hired him as the general contractor to rebuild our house after the Black Forest Fire. Tim was knowledgeable about all things house and very respectful of our wants and needs. He insured we got a beautiful home and a fantastic house. He stayed on schedule and kept to the budget we had. We have been in the house for almost two years now and everything is great.
