Having just completed a full house renovation with Trademark Renovations, we are happy to report a great outcome. Too often one hears about negative experiences, and we are pleased to share a positive one. On time and on budget, the project was very well managed and executed. Marc, the Project Manager, supported by Tiffany (assistant project management and design) and the great team of trades people, kept everything on track and well communicated. The trades people were professional, friendly, efficient and did great work. We had complete confidence with the billing process and we were never financially exposed. Marc and Tiffany ensured that we had a great experience and a wonderful product. We have no hesitation in recommending Trademark and their team of professionals for your next project. They will be our first call should we ever need renovation or construction services again. We met some great people, made some new friends, and now have a beautiful home that we love.

Trademark was fabulous - we completely 'gutted' the interior and exterior of our house and deck, down to foundations, wall 2-4's and rafters, in a project that took 40 months. From the initial consultations, budget summaries, their own tradesman-builder relationship which allowed for great quality work, open tradesman day for budget estimates, process of paying tradesmen directly, ongoing communication and consultations with any problems, problem-solving methods as thing cropped up (an older house....), and quality of work - they can't be beat. The tradesmen were always on time, the manager Marc Gibbons was wonderful to work with, and their relationships with Calgary suppliers meant we worked with people who knew how to work with Trademark - meaning no 'glitches'. We were overseas for much of the 4 months of reno time, and communication still flowed. We would recommend them in an instant.

I bought my house six years ago knowing I would renovate the main floor. I am so happy that Trademark Renovations Ltd. was the company who made it happen. To see my year’s old vision come to life through the design and selection process to the actual transition was a great experience. Marc Gibbons is an exceptional project manager and communicator. He was very responsive to any questions I had. The cost tracking sheets that were provided with each invoice package where excellent in letting me know where the actual costs were to budget. Scheduling was great too, there was always someone working every day during the project. Tiffany Gibbons made the design and selection process such an enjoyable experience. Her ability to understand this vision I had and know my sense of style was incredible. After our first meeting and seeing the drawings she created, I knew it was going to be amazing. I appreciated the Trademark process, including the trade day and the review of all the quotes prior to the work starting. I lived at my house during the entire renovation and everyone who worked on the project was personable, respectful and kept the place clean. The craftsmanship is extraordinary and exceeded my imagination. I am truly living in my dream home, thanks to Trademark Renovations.

We recently hired Trademark Renovations to develop our walk out basement, on the recommendation of a friend. Prior to meeting with Blair Foisy and Marc Gibbons, we had already had meetings with 3 other renovators to discuss our requirements and we were undecided about the approach we wanted to take. After our initial meeting and discussion regarding their ‘project management’ approach, we felt encouraged that the Trademark approach would work very well for us. It provided us the control over the costs and extent of the project as well as having the expertise of a range of ‘tried and tested’ trades people to complete it. The project started only after we were totally in agreement about expected costs and Trademark were very helpful and upfront about the costs adjusting them until we felt they were reasonable and within our budget. The project ran smoothly, all issues were dealt with efficiently and changes were made with prior consultation. The basement was completed within our planned 3 month time frame and there were very few and minor snagging items. We are fully satisfied with the outcome and would hire Trademark Renovations again for other projects. In particular I would recommend Marc Gibbons as a project manager.

Working with Trademark Renovations & Jeff (project manager) was a smooth and streamlined project. The main floor had a complete renovation, from flooring, tile work, new kitchen & bath, electrical. Everything was managed and overseen with detail. Timelines & budget were met, no unforeseen surprises, appreciated the transparency from start to finish! They take care in selecting their trades, and it shows through while working in your home. Trademark exceeded my expectations and would certainly recommend them.

We hired Trademark to complete an artist/yoga retreat over our garage. The results are beautiful. Marc and Tiffany helped us every step of the way and were punctual and respectful the whole way through, and helped me with my selections. We couldn't be happier with the space, and they kept to the budget while still getting all that we wanted in there.

Working with Trademark Renovations has been an excellent experience. We renovated the kitchen and 4 bathrooms, replaced flooring, doors, millwork, and lighting throughout the house, and also replaced the roof and exterior siding. During our contractor selection process we were very impressed with the open process they use for their business model which allowed us to see the costs and quality going into our renovation and that we paid subcontractors directly. Their quoted prices were very competitive and with an aggressive timeline, minimizing our costs and disruption time while the work was done. The up front trade day enabled more detailed estimates from the subcontractors and made for a very smooth construction period. The few changes we asked for during this time were discussed and accommodated very professionally. There was great communication with Marc, our project manager, during the work and we were kept well informed. After the project was finished, the follow up work was done promptly. And the best part was the end result: the renovations were done with high quality, on time and within the planned budget. We would unhesitatingly recommend Trademark to anyone for a home renovation!

We recently completed a full exterior and partial interior renovation on our home using Trademark, including new roof, windows, siding, driveway, hardwood and built in entertainment centre. We had an excellent experience. The job was completed on time and under budget and to a very high standard. The people involved both at Trademark and the subcontractors they employed were professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. We were kept up to date on what was happening and received regular spreadsheets from Marc (our project manager) detailing the costs to date as compared to budget. We would be confident in recommending Trademark to anyone.

Had a good experience with Jeff (our PM) and Blair during the renovation of our basement and main floor which included new floors, quartz counter tops, lighting, painting of cabinets, changing all cabinets and drawers to soft close, and absolutely everything in the basement (new bedroom, 3 piece bathroom, and living space). Completed on time and on budget a year ago with the usual bumps along the way as with any reno. Only a few minor issues and a leaking window have caused some trouble but Trademark has been great at fixing everything as per their warranty, no hesitation whatsoever. Whole heartedly recommend them to anyone doing extensive renovations in Calgary

This Company was by far the best company anyone could ask for, our project manager Jeff Moss was very professional. He kept our project on time and in our budget. The trademen were very experienced and everyone who did work in our house had a great attitude. This Company has years of experience and did a fantantic job in remodeling our home from a 50's bungalow to a beautiful updated home. Our kitchen cabinets are outstanding and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants perfection. Thank you Jeff Moss and all the others who made our home so beautiful.
