We are very pleased with our new windows, which were carefully designed and constructed to provide modern double glazing along with the traditional wooden sash finish. The quality of the windows and the care taken in creating something that suits the original design of the building is important to us, not least because this project took place in a conservation area. Alan and the team managed the whole process from planning application to installation, and we are certainly happy with the result.

Traditional Sash Windows replaced 8 windows in our home. Throughout our dealings with TSW they were always very easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. Alan and his team replaced our single-glazed sash windows in our previous flat, he understood what we were looking for, taking into consideration our need for sound proofing as well as heat retention but was honest about what would work and what needed to be done. The final product was stunning. So much so that when we moved to our new home there was no question that we'd use Traditional Sash Windows again. Our new wooden, double-glazed windows make such a difference and have received a lot of compliments. The team worked around us and our newborn (!) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan to anyone looking for high quality sash windows.

We had all our windows done and were so happy with the results - a lot warmer in winter and, although I had never thought we suffered with traffic noise, it was so quiet! The installation was done with little disruption considering the size and number of windows, and not only was any necessary plastering done efficiently but care was taken to match up the wall colours when painting the new plaster. The windows themselves were really well painted and I was happy to recommend this company to our next door neighbours who did themselves use the Traditional Sash Windows company
