We had some quality control issues at first, but upon pointing them out the builder followed through and corrected the mistakes, but it took a bit more effort than I would have cared for otherwise I would've have scored them higher.

Like many I entered my renovation with mile high ideas but zero idea of what I was doing. Photos of what I liked were easy to find but hard to translate into things that I could use on my project. I brought a mess of ideas to Regina and she cleared the way into a new bathroom that is Magazine Cover worthy. The depth of experience that Regina and the team at Scholten construction is difficult to find and the best part about working with them! They know home building from studs to paint and lighting and breakdown the project into bite size pieces that make decision making easy. I would highly recommend them for home building or your next renovation project!

Tom and Regina were great to work with and extremely professional in every aspect from design to completion. The quality of the workmanship and material was top notch. They met all deadlines and are extremely neat and exceeded all of our expectations including our budget. I will certainly use them on our next project!

We used Scholten Construction for both the remodel and interior design of our home and we couldn't be happier. They were a pleasure to work with while designing our remodels and the work they did turned out beautiful. They worked in a timely manner, were respectful of our home, detailed oriented, always on time and neat and orderly. We worked with Regina to decorate our home and love the results. She took the time to learn our taste and style and helped us design our home accordingly. She offered many choices for us throughout the process so that the end result was something we love and something we never could have achieved on our own. Highly recommend!

Probably the best home builder in Naples. Honest, responsible, reliable and quality products and workmanship. Very easy to deal with and offer full serve when building your home from construction to design. Simply put there's no better choice than the Schoton team

I have done several projects w/ Scholten Construction over the past 5 years. They have superior quality and service. They stand behind their work. I am from the Boston area and used to face paced talented builders. I find that they share they same work ethic and overall dedication to the project. They have a great team from Susan in the office to Regina in the design department through their guys on site. Everyone is vested in a result that is on time and on budget!

Bought a spec home from Scholten. They were difficult to work with during the warrantee period. They stalled to come address issues that were outstanding until the last month of the warrantee . Would not fix or pay for all items that needed to be addressed. Would not recommend.
