Vazac Contracting Corporation is a full-service home design/build and remodeling firm founded 35 years ago by Fred Vazac. We offer renovation/remodeling and design/build services that put our many years of experience into custom home construction. We will be there every step of the way throughout your project, striving to give our customers a home of their dreams. Our company also offers a complete line of interior and exterior home improvement services. Whether it’s a new roof, finished basement – or any project in your home – there is no project that is too big or too small. We are fully insured and licensed throughout Long Island. Vazac Contracting also provides construction management, general contracting, and expediting services. In addition to remodeling your home, we also have expertise in commercial renovations. Vazac Contracting did a complete renovation of my home and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The people on Fred's team from the architect to the kitchen designer as well as the electrician, the heating and cooling technicians, the plumber, the tiler and the company who refinished the old oak floors and installed new flooring to match where top notch. Fred was an excellent communicator and we always knew where we were in terms of the project. He completed the renovation on time and budget! You couldn't ask for anything better.

Absolutely the best!! Fred and his staff are true professionals whose knowledge and work quality will never let you regret your decision to use them. He rebuilt our whole house on budget, on time, and to the highest quality. 5 stars!!

Exquisite in every way. This builder is talented, creative, fair, hard-working and meticulous. Most importantly, he is a good communicator and listens to his client! Our new addition and kitchen are a dream come true at a very reasonable cost.

Fred Vazac and his entire crew were the utmost professions in all aspects of our renovation. The work done is of the highest quality and construction area was cleaned after each day. There were no unexpected hassles and they delivered a quality job.
