We are a family-owned building company providing a personal and flexible approach to every project, with a passion for sustainable homes. Owner and licensed builder, Sam McArdle is an accredited HIA GreenSmart Professional. Our projects include custom-built new homes, extensions and renovations, including bathroom upgrades, new kitchens and outdoor areas. Sam has more than 20 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. Based out of Mallala, we build home and commercial construction projects in the Adelaide Plains, Barossa, Gawler, Mid North and Yorke Peninsula of South Australia, but we also travel further. //What we do// We understand that each client has different needs and as a small company, we work closely with you to understand your goals, share our ideas and deliver quality work within a tight time frame. We manage your project from start to finish, offering a complete range of services including drafting, planning and construction.
