Mark William's team helped us with a huge house addition 17 yrs ago - installing all our carpet and slate on 2 floors. Just had his team back for a kitchen remodel. I reviewed the "reviews" about various local companies and found a few that seemed to suggest quality products and first-rate installation. I interviewed four contractors and as always, I tried to grasp a feel for their commitment, their customer satisfaction and most importantly the quality and expertise of their installers. Hands down, Mark, the owner of Wilsonville Carpet and Tile, came out head and shoulders above the rest. He was professional, knowledgeable and asked the proper questions to get a feel for what we wanted, what our budget was and what our time frame looked like. He respected our process, made a few suggestions based on what he gleaned from our conversations, provided us with as many samples as we requested and by the following day we had made our choice...Wilsonville Carpet and Tile...hands down. Our six year old,two-story home is close to 3400 sq feet with a mix of hardwood, tile, and carpet. This begs the question...Why recarpet a relatively new home? The answer is simple...the original carpet did not match the quality of the rest of the home, but I digress. The installation was seamless. The "team" of Don, Dean, and Tony worked tirelessly to complete the job on time, were extra cautious with our home and property and respected our requests. They were A # 1 AND finished the install a day early. The process was flawless and WC and T went so far as to upgrade our pad. The entire WD and T staff are committed to customer satisfaction and were supportive throughout the process.

We recently completed a major remodel of our manufactured home with the help of Wilsonville Carpet and Tile. Working with this type of home can bring extra challenges as they are not built the same as a traditional home, so we chose to hire a company that we felt would go the extra mile to make sure things were done accurately and professionally. We were not disappointed. The crew went above and beyond to take care of little challenges that may have become big issues later had they not been addressed and cared for. Matt was awesome, reinforcing the cabinets to handle new quartz countertops. He is a master craftsman! Rob did an outstanding job installing our glass tile backsplash which turned out beautiful. Matt and Corey were amazing to work with as they graciously and cheerfully worked in cramped workspaces installing LVT flooring throughout our entire home. The plumber, Mark, came out and worked his magic to adapt all the fittings to get standard sized fixtures working well in our manufactured home. The entire crew couldn’t have been more pleasant to have working in our home. Job well done and thank you for the extra care you took in seeing that all our remodeling needs were met. We have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

We hired Wilsonville Carpet & Tile to remodel our 1200+ sq ft condo. We had new countertops, backsplash put in kitchen and (2) baths and new flooring and carpet throughout. They had to demo everything existing (except for vinyl flooring in baths and laundry rm). About mid-way through the project we also decided to have them remove the existing fireplace surround and do a new one (stacked stone, porcelain tile and wood mantle). Every crew from demos to installs were wonderful. Repectful of us and our home, taking great care to protect our newly painted walls and cabinets. They always cleaned up after themselves too. Matt is the absolute greatest as the project manager and installer. He had no issues with all our questions and kept us in the loop on progress etc. Mark Williams (owner) was great and helped us a lot when deciding on carpet and the materials for the fireplace surround. He (and Matt) were very clear with giving us information on "worst case scenario" in terms of demo. This gave us confidence that a) they could deal with any scenario and b) we didn't feel scared of unknowns. Lucky for us the entire process could not have been smoother! Quality of work was amazing and everything stayed on budget. Communication was a priority for us and they delivered on that too. We would highly recommend Wilsonville Carpet & Tile whether you're looking for great quality materials or a full remodel. They will be our first choice for any future projects!

Wilsonville Carpet and Tile remodeled two of our bathrooms. The design help from Mark Williams and his staff plus the craftsmanship & professionalism of his contractors were superb. We first had a small bathroom done to accommodate an elderly relative who needed easy shower access. The bathroom turned out lovely as well as functional. We decided later to remodel our master bath and again the job turned out beautifully. Both jobs were within the estimate and budget. We believe when we sell our home, the bathrooms have definitely increased the value of the house. I really think we will be able to get all our investment back because of the beautiful tile work and the changes made in both rooms without changing the footprint.

This is the second bathroom remodel they did for us. Both were completed flawlessly and on time. We have recommended Mark to multiple people in our area.

Mark is extremely nice and worked well for us. We wanted to keep the work as local as possible, and he does a great job of sourcing his subs and suppliers from the area. Rod is an especially good tile guy. His attention to detail was appreciated. The tiles seamlessly wrap around corners and the resulting lines make the whole room come together like it should. From the design phase all the way through we were very happy.
