Wonderful selection, comparative and competitive pricing and great customer service. Twenty years ago I had a very satisfactory experience and when I went back for my recent bathroom and kitchen renovation, it was the same, if not even better. The selection of tiles is so broad it can accommodate a modern, traditional or vintage approach. Most importantly, no job is too small. For my tiny back-splash in the kitchen, I received the same attention as for the overall bathroom design. I love tiles in general and was allowed to indulge in looking, touching and trying out various combinations. I wanted to create a universal bathroom that did not look institutional and is easy to take care of. The Florim porcelain Calacatta and Ardoise en Gris tiles give the room a luxurious look. Bill, Laura and Austin came up with great ideas and problem solving throughout the project and made sure it looked professional and did not go over budget. I can only find good things to say about World Mosaic. Thank you.

I would highly recommend World Mosaic Tile in Vancouver BC to anyone who is looking for hand crafted quality tiles and amazing customer service! My husband and I are renovating a basement suite and I went into World Mosaic wanting a specific tile (Avignon Mini) for our kitchen backsplash because I saw it on Jillian Harris Instagram page and fell in love with it. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find and actually design my kitchen backsplash, I walked away feeling so content and taken care of, and the finished product is SO elegant... I continue to receive so many compliments about the texture and quality! The staff were so accommodating and sat down and spent so much time with me in designing and deciding between different options! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Everyone who walks into my kitchen comments on how fabulous the backsplash looks and wants to know where I got it from!! I am definitely going back on our next renovation!!

If you are looking for unique quality tile or stone at fair pricing, Mosaic World is your one stop shop! The staff at Mosaic are not only helpful but "customer centric"; a rare commodity these days! Their industry and product knowledge was far superior compared to all the other tile companies I visited. I recently underwent major renovations in all rooms within my condo. For my kitchen, I was looking for that "old world" or "Victorian" style ceramic tile (still very popular in UK/Europe and gaining popularity here in North America). I went to 7 different tile stores and only Mosaic World had exactly what I was looking for!
