“We used Wenger Contracting to finish our basement in 2016 and we are very happy with the quality of the work and the service provided by Wenger Contracting. The owner/general contractor Todd Wenger was meticulous in planning and executing the project. His core team of workers were very professional, courteous, respectful, and completely trustworthy. For the three-month period it took to finish our basement, we were at work and our kids were in school and our house was in the care of Todd and his team. Through the planning process and throughout the construction, Todd provided just the right amount of guidance and suggestions along the way as we made our selections and decisions on the details of the work to make sure that the final product and our expectations actually matched in the end. The basement project was quite large with many decisions to be made regarding various structural items, layout, as well as many aesthetic features but Todd made sure that every little details were executed exactly as we had discussed and no changes were made without us being aware of it so there were no surprises with anything including the financial aspect. All of changes that were made along the way were properly accounted for in terms of their impact on the final cost, i.e., reductions and additions were all appropriately accounted. We loved the way our basement turned out and our kids and we are enjoying our basement very much.”

“Christtian is phenomenal when it comes to getting the small details right! He was able to get our old basement floor from 1970’s up to par. After the carpet and layers of flooring was removed Christian leveled the whole basement for us and got it ready for our new flooring. The preparation, execution and clean up was top level! “There isn't enough space here to tell you how happy we are with the professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to stand by their work and easy-to-work with qualities of Hazley Builders. This is a father and sons business and Mike Hazley Sr. believes keeping customers happy, even after they have completed the job, sets them apart from other contractors. He is right about that. They constructed a new addition for us that is handicap accessible (new sitting room, bathroom, dressing room and closet) and it is beautiful. They went the extra mile with so many things, like reinforced beams, extra insulation, etc. When we had a problem with the new toilet about 6 months after the renovation was completed, Mike's crew was here to solve the problem, which was a manufacturer's flaw. His workers were careful about heeling in bushes and other plants that I wanted to preserve which they had to dig up to pour a new foundation for the addition. They replanted them once construction was done and everything lived and is thriving. I could go on and on. My best recommendation is the number of times I have recommended Hazley Builders to friends, relatives and acquaintances.”
