“No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with DH! Either Sam and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. All in all, things look good.”

“Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“Solid team that knows what they are doing. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! “Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“I have an older house with limited capability for remodeling due to existing supper beams , etc. Dustin Reed met with me and explained the limitations based on the structure and was able to come up with a design that greatly enhanced our outdated kitchen and it is absolutely beautiful! He was realistic and helped us create a more open space with beautiful cabinets and appliances which brought our 30 year old kitchen current. He was on time, within budget and the results are beautiful! I highly recommend this Contactor!”

“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”
