“As a property owner in the Pacific Heights area of San Francisco, I engaged the services of Wolk Development, to renovate a home we were planning to sell. Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. The end result was truly stunning, and I seriously doubt this could have happened had we chosen any other contractor.”

“Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“I completely remodeled my kitchen and took down walls to create an open space. My home was the first modern kitchen they built and it turned out really beautiful. The contractors were very responsive and made themselves available via email, phone/text. They work on weekends which is fantastic. There were a few hiccups along the way. Make sure your vision is put down on paper and every detail is understood and agreed upon. I did not want any crown molding at the top of my cabinets and I thought I conveyed that to my contractor. A new digital sketch was not updated and I ended up with crown molding. The kitchen still looks cool and modern but no crown molding was preferred. Renowned Renovation has been great to work with!”

Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. “Before I tell you about our Euro experience, let me first say that generally I am a pessimist and I have never actually gone to the trouble of writing a review on-line. With that said, I think you are lucky to have EURO work on your project. Our first encounter with Euro was on a home tour where several of their clients opened up their homes to complete strangers to show off Euro’s work 1st hand. Fast forward to a leak in our master bathroom. We didn't think we could afford Euro and after a long process of trying to find the best & most economical contractor, we finally decided to put our trust in Euro. We are SO VERY glad we did. Melinda’s attention to detail and eye for design is unmatched. After only speaking with us a few times she was able to design such a beautiful space within our budget with very little input from us. It is like she got inside our head. We walked in to talk about the project and she had the entire bathroom laid out including the actual tiles in the design pattern. It was no nice to see exactly what the room would look like. It’s very important to her that you are going to enjoy living in the space for years to come. During the construction they took great care to make sure that our space was kept clean. They were always on time, professional, trustworthy, and friendly. We never once felt uncomfortable leaving while they were in our home. They do not cut corners, they will be honest with you about what’s going on and what your options are. In addition, they helped us navigate the claim with our insurance company to get more money than we would have. They met the adjuster & his manager in our home to show them the extent of the damage. We could not have done this alone. I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor and can only hope that you are fortunate enough to work with Euro. We will never use anyone else for any project no matter how large or how small. It is worth every penny spent!”
