“Recently, Preventive Maintenance built a sizable room addition on my house, with a concrete walkway and a 15’ X 10’ wide concrete slab attached. Their work was superb to every detail and their crew was 1st class, knowledgeable and courteous. Kris and Sherry, (owners), go above and beyond to give you their construction expertise, open communication and job satisfaction. Impact windows, which is part of the Preventive Maintenance company, are being installed as I speak! Not to mention, they are reasonably priced….. Thank You, Ed L.”

“Villa's Remodeling is absolutely THE BEST! We were a completely inexperienced couple just trying to remodel our home and stretch our money as much as we can. We found them on Angie's list and hoped for the best. Little did we know that we were going to get the Crème Da La Crème of professionals! Dealing with John and his team was a blessing. Their level of professionalism was exquisite. John and his team not only helped us make our decisions but also educated us about each choice we had to make . They manage to do the job that I know would have taken an average "JOE" double the time and kept the communication open through the whole process. I have nothing negative to say about them. That being said we recommend these guys with our eyes closed and cannot wait until we have the opportunity to work in our home again with them. “We had BRT do a remodel and expansion of our 12,000 sq. ft. gym. The 2,600 sq. ft. expansion started as an empty shell to which we added 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 offices, a kitchen, storage, spinning room and aerobics area. Pancho and his guys were prompt, thorough and did a great job and we stayed on budget. All minor punch work finishing touches were done in a timely manner.”
