“We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! “We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our freind recommended Bay Home Remodeling for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. Tom was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home built in the almost 100 years ago and had minimal renovations over the years. The team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Tom and Gal were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. They made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Tom would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. We found that the selection of finishes from the Bay Home Remodeling partners excellent. We love the cabinetry, flooring, and counter top. Overall we could not be more pleased with our renovated home, and our time working with Bay Home Remodeling. “Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”

“Manny and his crew are on time, honorable, efficient and extremely neat. The Keystone builders installed our new kitchen, doors, windows and even rain gutters plus repaired tiled flooring with minimal disruption and lots of care. The work was so meticulous I was able to delay the interior painting for another year and instead their awesome team painted the exterior of the house in half the time we planned. I look forward to working with them again!”

“I've had the pleasure to work with M & D Home Improvement for the past 6 years on various high-end luxury design project. I absolutely adore this team. Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. Marius and team are real big team players and have their customer's and designer's best interest at hand. Marius is patent and understanding. A real treat to work with!”

“Thank Goodness we found Appetite for Construction! Our family was in the beginning stages of a major remodeling project when we lost our contractor to unforeseen circumstances. We panicked! Most companies were completely booked when we got a referral from a friend to given Mike (owner and general contractor) a call. That phone call started a one year relationship with Mike and his crew and we cannot say enough good things about him and his company. First of all he was able to squeeze us into an already very busy schedule of his, and despite being extremely busy we immediately knew we would be well taken care of. It's not an easy task to take over a project that had been started by another company. His strong communication and extensive experience working on remodeling homes definetnly showed. The transition was smooth and he was able to keep our original timeline and meet all expectations we originally had for the project. My husband and i were amazed at his ability to navigate working with the original sub-contractors that were already lined up to work. When Mike's crew came in to do parts of the project they were all professional, efficient and very easy to work with as well. Mike clearly has good established relationships with the building inspectors and is an expert in knowing all the in's and out's of the city's proccess. I believe only ONE of the inspections didn't pass (a minor change needed to be made), which allowed us to stay on time and ON BUDGET! Mike is also a designer in disguise. When getting to the finish work, he offered suggestions on how certain details could add better function but also better design overall. We were sold on his ideas and the execution and attention to detail was spot on. We could not be happier with how our project turned out. So much so, we already have future projects in the works. Thank you Appetite for Construction for an amazing job :)”

“Dan provided great ideas for our kitchen and bath remodel. They stayed on schedule, communicated promptly, and performed quality work. They made it easy to prepare my mom's house for a quick sale (under contract and sold in less than a month). I would definitely hire them for a remodel again and would recommend them to friends and family.”
