“We had our tension rod split in half after a big wind storm, it was a very old door. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician was polite and arrived on time. He assed the issue, replaced the needed parts and serviced all the others. He was quick and efficient, the whole process took less than an hour. Plus the new system is so quiet, doesn't bother sleeping little ones! We are very pleased and would use or recommend them over and over!!!”

“Great first experience with this company. My keyless entry pad for the automatic garage door stopped working. I assumed I'd need a technician to come and replace it. When I called after reading all of the positive reviews on yelp, the gal who helped me on the phone suggested that I might be able to replace it myself. I went to Anderson to pick up the replacement part, they talked me through it, and after a short bit with the drill and screwdriver, I have a working entry again! Now that's what I call customer service!”

“I desperately needed someone to fix the power motor repair board of my garage door. My father, who had previously used this garage door company, recommended that I call them. Tech was prompt and very accessible. He answers the phone and calls you back. He is knowledgeable and knows his business well. Also, because he is a small operator, his prices are competitive. The work that they did for me was great, a very nice job. I would definitely recommend them.”

They always come out on the same day that I call. They check all my doors and openers free. “Left a voice message late on a Monday night. Within minutes I had a reply and we discussed minor details of the project. The next morning Mark contacted me as he had promised and we had an appointment scheduled for later on Wednesday. His guy, James, was available earlier and I was at home. About an hour later my door was fixed - two new springs and two new cables. We tested it a couple times and made minor adjustments before he left. Overall very happy. Quick, courteous and complete. He even removed his shoes when we walked through the house. That was a nice touch. Recommended!”
