“Mark Jordan listened to every concern and wish on our list. He was available by phone, phone message, in person, on the job. His positive attitude and wide experience inspired our confidence and helped us remodel a 2000 sq. ft. home located in the historic district of Tampa. He and his co-workers did beautiful work and solved problems without work delays. From mid-June until December (2011) our project moved from bare studs to finished perfection.”

“Stress Free Construction did a great job on my home in Tampa, FL. I was very happy with the design process. They built it on time and on budget and I haven’t had any warranty issues in the year since it was completed. The post-closing punch out list was completed per our agreed schedule. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Stress Free Construction.”

“II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”

“The kitchen and bath designers at Artisan Design Tampa have more than 25 years experience and can meet any budget and any design requirement. This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! Overall a great experience and a good team of people to go to for expertise in the industry and honest answers to your remodeling and new building questions.”

“We could not have been more delighted with the renovation done in our home by Jacobsen Custom Builders. Their attention to detail at every stage of the job was matched by their ability to see how each detail fit into the project as a whole. JCB was offered a complex project of incorporating an additional ½ bath as well as reconfiguring entry and exits to a master suite and building a master closet within the perimeters of a historical home. They offered excellent suggestions and ideas that we had not considered. Brett was a warm and welcome fixture on site and treated every step of the work on our house as if it were his own. The trades people were outstanding and Brett coordinated their work beautifully. We are grateful for their expertise as well as their good will. Phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and we definitely got the feeling that JCB cared about this project and our satisfaction.”

“They renovated our kitchen, and transformed it from tremendously outdated into a beautiful Midcentury Modern galley kitchen. We used white shaker upper cabinets and really dark base cabinets with a classic white quartz counter top. Its very simple and beautiful. The project was well within budget and the delivery was on time, despite the several changes WE introduced! I absolutely recommend them!”

“We recently got a home at a very good price. But the downside was that the inside of the house was a real mess and needed a lot of repair and remodeling. We were lucky to have Raleigh for a contractor. He did a great job and stayed in good communication throughout the project. He wasn’t one of those contractors you hear about who doesn’t answer calls or stops showing up. Also, we had a specific look we wanted for the house. He helped us work out a design that was elegant but still within our budget. He and his workers wasted no time and got things done quickly. We're really pleased at how the house turned out just like we had envisioned. Thanks so much Raleigh for all your help.”
