“We were looking for window treatments and had tried two other designers before going to Dunn's. I was skeptical at first because she was so young and didn't seem (in my mind) to have a lot of experience. I was completely wrong. I loved her! She had fresh, new ideas. She listened to what we were looking for, what we liked and didn't like and colors. She came to our house, took pictures of the windows, took good notes and made the next appointment to come back. She gave us a lot of options and sketches of what different window treatments would look like. She brought fabric swatches based on the colors we were looking for. Also gave us useful feedback on what colors would work and not work based on our wall color, and what would make the rooms look smaller or bigger. She also, gave us options that would fit our budget. She never got impatient because we had a hard time making a decision on some windows. She always had a great attitude. We ended up spending more than we planned, but it was worth it! She gave us exactly what we were looking for. We also bought home decor for other rooms in our house. We are very happy!”

Does an excellent job of conveying customers tastes and desires to the finished project while providing guidance and requiste recommendations. In our case, we are renovationing a 125 yr old Craftsman style which we last restored 26 years ago. We encountered significant hidden design challenges which were overcome. The job is in final third of finishing. We utilized an architect, a general contractor specializing in renovation / custom builds and a designer for the job.
