They are reliable, knowledgeable, quick to respond and will always find a solution no matter how seemingly bewildering the technical problems sometimes encountered. On one memorable occasion, our intelligent lighting system went down late one night. Pasha drove up to Manchester from The Midlands the same night to figure out what was going on. It was painstaking work and nothing seemed to make sense. Pasha didn't give up and found that my small child had connected two data points together with a wire for no apparent reason! I have worked with many tradesmen over the years and you really discover their worth when things get complicated. The Hestia Guys are up there with the best.”
