“The whole experience with Joe Blue and Sean, his skilled and hardworking assistant was a joy. Their artistry, expertise, workmanship as well as their work ethic, and good natures made the whole project an amazing experience. We could not be more happy. We wanted two patios, a small one along one side of our house, and a larger one for the backyard. They also created a beautiful terraced winding stone path though the garden on the other side of the house. After a thorough discussion, Joe followed up with a creative design and executed it with superb workmanship, displaying the skills of a true artisan. Our Irregular Perennial Garden Patios, constructed of bluestone and assorted stones are an aesthetic delight. When the very deep snow of this past winter melted and our new patios were exposed, we were thrilled. Every inch of the patios and the graded walk was in perfect shape. We are so pleased with the results and enjoy being out on the patios virtually every day, especially after the long winter.”

“This review is several months overdue, but I really wanted to get this out.. eventually. On the day I moved into my new apartment, I was disappointed to find it in a much dirtier state than I expected. I did a quick Yelp search and found several cleaning services, but many of them required advance notice or were not able to respond immediately. I really wanted to get a deep cleaning before unpacking, and to my luck, I found Pollyana. I contacted Pollyana, and she had her crew at my apartment in less than one hour. While I was still in the process of moving boxes, three ladies worked meticulously at cleaning my apartment. They spent about 2-3 hours at my ~600 sq ft 1bed/1bath apartment, and they did a fantastic job! They really made my kitchen stove top and bathroom tub look so much nicer. I really appreciated their service on such short notice, and Pollyana was very easy to communicate with via calling and texting. The deep cleaning service cost about $150, and I was really satisfied. I paid cash and also included tip! My only concern is that the smell of the cleaning supplies was REALLY strong. I understand and expect that lots of cleaning supplies, as environmentally friendly as they aspire to be, can still be toxic. However I could feel my airways stinging and had a cat that I was concerned about, so we relocated to the hallway for a couple hours. The smell resolved within a half-day with open windows. I really worried about Pollyana and her crew's lungs... I hope you guys are okay! Overall I would recommend Pollyana and her staff, as they were so accommodating and hard-working. It was also the middle of June in an apartment with no air conditioning, so I was so appreciative of their efforts. Cost was very reasonable (I think cheaper than most other cleaning services), and they did very well!”

“Tosca Woodworking designed, fabricated, finished, and installed new kitchen cabinets, island, and pantry for us during a renovation of our home. Jay, the owner, could not have been nicer to work with. He is incredibly talented, detailed, and dedicated to making his customers happy. He offered terrific recommendations and solutions, and customized numerous details that we didn't even think to ask for. The installation was flawless and exactly on schedule and on budget.
