“We needed a repair that was beyond our DIY abilities and had Mike come out and take a look and give us a quote. He was prompt, professional and very reasonable, so we selected him to repair the column between our garage doors and reseal each door. He returned on schedule and got to work realigning and restructuring the column. He complete the job and even primed the new construction. “Corey with Shingles Roofing has re-roofed and shingled two of my properties here in Dallas. He is very thorough with explanations, timelines and completion expectations. The crew is timely, expedient and leave the property so clean that it is as if nothing even happened. I was out of town during the last installation and had Corey not communicated throughout the entire process (by text), I would not have believed it had been done. “We did not just put on a new roof, we added energy saving devices (solar felt and power vents) and repaired damage to the deck, so this was not just a simple roofing job. They arrived here on time, finished on time and did quality work. They showed me exactly what they were going to do to make sure the leaks that caused the damage in the first place, would not happen with this roof. Everything they did was a grade above what had been on my roof the builder installed. The only reason they did not get a 5 was because their estimate was off and cost me more money after the job was complete. We worked out a deal where we split the difference so I was pleased. Bottom line, I would recomment this roofer.”
