What is the brand of the shower/tub filler set

How was this installed, how many valves. Would love to do something similar for a bath that we are renovating.

    We used the Kohler Artifacts line in this bathroom. There are two valves--one to control the temperature and volume (pressure balancing), one to control which shower head the water comes out of (transfer valve). However, there are many options in terms of how many water sources are on at once and how to control the temperature and volume of each. I would recommend talking to a local plumbing supply showroom to determine which is the right scenario for you.
