Adding style and comfort to a country cottage
When space is limited, bespoke fitted cupboards usually offer far more storage than freestanding pieces of furniture. The dimensions of this room allowed me to design and install a full run of floor to ceiling wardrobes, and I have chosen to have three pairs of narrow doors – rather than fewer wider ones - so they don’t poke out into the room too much when they are open.
The entire unit has been handpainted in Farrow and Ball’s Joa’s White, and the black ironmongery and tongue and groove design continues the flow of modern cottage styling used throughout the house.
